I suppose to shareholders prepared to hold over a day, that the main thing is it gets done, whether it be next week or the month after etc. I do think this time that because of repeated failures to meet their own deadlines they actually requested the 2 prospective partners to comment on the Rns. 1 to save the share price crashing down to the 5s again, thus allowing the placing shares to be sold, and 2 to save face, as it has become a tad embarrassing to the company repeatedly missing these deadlines even though it is not always down to them imo.

Clock I would have thought a mad scramble to get in here but appears a damp squib The bulletin boards are quiet, someone on twitter stated news expected in the next 10 days how on earth he this guy figure that one out when no timelines were given why do you think on the last rns they didn't give a new timelineDo u think1. Because it's so imminent 2. They have not a clue so are not making any datesHmmmmCould well be another month or 2 here

For 'interesting' from EG read 'Delusional' ! NCCL will only have a part of that EBITDA, and the 'I' bit in first 12 years will be 'large' ! as will the others bits including loan repayments (very large) which aren't shown ! What counts is the much smaller cash flow from which to pay NCCL a dividend, Even so, something still to go for, and the reserve power earnings will build up. But best to do the sums properly !

Oh I know but it passes the time until the JDA lands. Expecting something next week after the bank holiday and I wonder if it will even be Tuesday?Interesting figures from EGFull plant 1800mw- possibly $300 million annual EBITDA to #NCCL. P/e of 10. $3 billion. That's £7 per share ish.

You say it's been an experience hence using past tense. I can see this spiking up but many will be unable to sell as there will be so many trying to leave so it may even possibly lose all of its gains. Dnt you think clockwork

We have struggled with 7p previously due to the placing overhang that's now been cleared. Any selling now is just PIs.

The JDA is the project derisking point - anyone with half a brain would not 'derisk' before that though with the liquidity at the moment there's traders in both directions for penny pinchers.

Derisking or not, this is one hell of a bloody frustrating share! Never can get going for either sellers or delays or placing Rns’s. How many times this week have we failed to hold over 7p.

Agree looks like the seller cleared with that large buy yesterday.Scott Fletcher MBE upped his position in the last placing as well by several million.Follow the money.
