I guess that depends on whether you think they declared a new deadline with the words "agreed to work towards fully executed documents before the end of April 2019".I believe they did, so in the absence of the announcement of a delay, 30th April stands. Bring on next week :)

Belt & Road in full swing. JDA gets signed here imo. GE CMEC & #NCCL are all present as are the Mozambican contingent including the Governor of Tete where the Power Plant is being constructed. Hanno lets the cat out of the bag and it skips past 10p.

NCCL have again NOT failed to disappoint its shareholder by not keeping to the time scale.Firstly the JDA was about to be signed in Dec 2018. This then extended to March 2019 again it did not materialise and extended for April 2019!!!!! The market is very doubtful also looking the downward pressure on the shares.

Suprisingly disappointing day again. I was expecting the momentum to kick in after the Easter break, but persistent selling continues once again.
