Youve let your mask slip, again, Dontay. Remember youre pretending to be invested here! Why would AFC (the African contingent whose name you definitely forgot) not agree to the loan? They are a large shareholder here and have been with the company since long before we were this far in the process, to assume they would want out now, at this juncture is amateur. To my knowledge nccl is the only listed company they have an investment in so therefore Id suggest to the contrary, they're actually quite keen on the project. You must try harder x

Nope, I don't have a 'shirt position' actually recently increased my overall weighting of this stock in my portfolio by another 30,000 but prefer straight down the middle rather than blatant ramping. Not that it matters of course, comments on bb's don't move the share price .. today's slight pull back despite the RNS is typical proof of that. This quite simply isn't my personal 'be all and end all' in share investments... I hope it comes to something otherwise I wouldn't bother, but really these bits of confetti are just a minor speculative punt for me... maybe that's why I'm not quite so impressed as others might be. Fair comments, I suppose that the dandy rampers comments were about the overall holdings... but it's also probably true to say that the majority of Scott's investment in this stock were acquired around 2-3p... not current market mid-price... as were mine. Pretty obvious the the 700,000 comment was just another ramp attempt for the unwary... and not really based on factual knowledge. Having said that it's good buy by someone who might be considered to have a slight bit of more insight into what the near future might hold.

11,369,780 shares x mid price = c700KFor someone with such a self disclosed small holding you seem to have a lot to say about the company, and quelle surprise the majority of what you do have to say has a very negative undertone despite positive updates.Glass persistently half empty Dontay, don't be that person. Come on, live a little. Or do you have a shirt position?

"Notes from a call with Hanno of Ncondezi with some other shareholders #NCCL ncondezienergy.com/significant-sh...ncondezienergy.com/board-of-direc...Some key points from a 90mins call with Hanno of Ncondezi & some other shareholders• It is abundantly clear that NCCL is in the right place/time/etc & is most advanced with best partners – solidly reinforces the prospects that this will all happen – NCCL has the best project in the region• The MOU letter/support package is currently in final draft & awaiting signature literally any day, which then will satisfy GE/CMEC – getting this also wouldn't happen for a non-credible project with an unrealistic tariff, hence they are confident.• What isn't perhaps appreciated is actually Getting this "letter" is extremely significant - by receiving it - EDM are effectively endorsing the project (which is hugely important) and essentially locks in the route to the JDA and the deployment of significant resources from all parties. 'the point of no return' and significant de-risking milestone for all investors • Shareholder Loan is taking a disproportionate amount of Hanno's time to resolve, but they are almost there. NCCL is AFC's only listed investment, so they often must create new procedures to deal with things like restructuring a loan that will be convertible to equity at 10p. There should be news on this being finalized shortly – then the balance sheet is clean.• They are not currently looking to raise funds• Board strength & experience should not be underestimated & perhaps doesn't currently get the recognition – especially when you consider they own c40% of the equity & are involved in the loan – Hanno feels that the "power development experience on the current board is unrivalled on AIM" – see links to holdings & bios• Scope for Board adjustments post NED Chris leaving to join a key SA power producer – NCCL needs a CEO – Note Hanno is not currently a director• Hanno seemed extremely positive "We can't be more advanced than we are at present" – the next month is key"

It IS a confidence booster, great stuff but 1% of total is around 250 million shares... and would have cost something around £200,000... all fine and 'dandy' of course... but NOT a £700,000 investment!

Something of great interest from Twitter today....."Notes from a call with Hanno of Ncondezi with some other shareholders #NCCL ncondezienergy.com/significant-sh...ncondezienergy.com/board-of-direc...Some key points from a 90mins call with Hanno of Ncondezi & some other shareholders• It is abundantly clear that NCCL is in the right place/time/etc & is most advanced with best partners – solidly reinforces the prospects that this will all happen – NCCL has the best project in the region• The MOU letter/support package is currently in final draft & awaiting signature literally any day, which then will satisfy GE/CMEC – getting this also wouldn't happen for a non-credible project with an unrealistic tariff, hence they are confident.• What isn't perhaps appreciated is actually Getting this "letter" is extremely significant - by receiving it - EDM are effectively endorsing the project (which is hugely important) and essentially locks in the route to the JDA and the deployment of significant resources from all parties. Dontay, I think you will find that Hanno is far more than the go to PR guy, an awful lot of this deal is down to his hard work. You must try harder.

Hanno isn't the CEO of this company. He's the 'go to' PR guy who has been detailed to give podcasts, professionalism and hype is expected and par for the course.

Hanno does sound quite professional in these presentations as always, there is not too much fluff in what he says. Some mining CEO/COOs on VOX or Proactive sometimes really come across as dreadful, ill-prepared or with an air of BS.

Just caught up with the Vox podcast. Many a slip, and all that, but there wasn’t a scintilla of doubt in Hanno’s presentation. I had been thinking of jumping ship but that’s changed my mind... I’ll be gobsmacked if this doesn’t now tick through easily if a little slowly.
