26/8/2018 09:24 | If AFC choose cash then do be it they have several refinancing options on the table as mentioned in the last podcast. | cl0ckw0rk0range
26/8/2018 09:22 | Why wouldn't they? AFC are aligned with shareholders in the board in wanting this project to move ahead, the white paper already references the initial 300MW and the subsequent 300MW uplift also, so it's three on paper. | cl0ckw0rk0range
26/8/2018 09:19 | "Given the serious nature of them, this series of workshop meetings could even extend well into September. They will simply take as long as they take"I don't agree, you keep stating that these workshops are ongoing but are failing to consider the possibility that these have already concluded. | cl0ckw0rk0range
25/8/2018 17:24 | hvs... you best off sticking to trolling on the Carclo bb. | dontay
25/8/2018 17:21 | Divmad... it's not likely is it? But you never can tell, also the loan restructuring proposal is quite flexible, it offers other options... it isn't just about the 10p conversion to equity. If all lenders exercise that option to convert then further dilution, which at 10 p would cause the issuing of another around another 40 million shares. If AFC don't want to convert they have an option within the proposals of accepting their money back plus 12%. At the moment it's just about accepting the overall restructure proposals... not which of the options they choose to exercise! If they reject the proposals, presumably they will present some other options more to their liking. | dontay
25/8/2018 15:42 | And if AFC don't agree to the same restructuring arrangement as the directors at 10p, then what? | divmad
25/8/2018 14:45 | Yep, absolutely right. The workshop meetings, have a massive and very important far reaching agenda. They have been requested by the Africans in order to "formalise and finalise" the way forward for the project. No doubt there will be lots of legalities to be worked through on a project of this size. Given the serious nature of them, this series of workshop meetings could even extend well into September. They will simply take as long as they take... and obviously the timing and conclusion of them is completely unknown. The loan agreement restructure plan has a deadline date of 2/9 (so we should hear how the talks with AFC have got on before next weekend) obviously we won't hear how the project workshop meetings have worked out until those meetings have been concluded and everything has been agreed... no doubt we'll get the results soon after they have been concluded. | dontay
25/8/2018 12:37 | "They said they would update the market on the conclusions of overall project workshop meetings once they had been concluded... we ain't had that yet so they are obviously ongoing at the present"I disagree - they could well have been concluded, the RNS said :"Further updates will be provided after the Workshop has been concluded"Which was in relation to :" Updated timetable for key milestones including the power tariff sign off, Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") negotiations, Financial Close ("FC") and the date of first power on the grid expected to be agreed during the Workshop.""After" the workshop is subjective, they don't say when or how long after and to say they are ongoing isn't necessarily correct. | cl0ckw0rk0range
24/8/2018 14:06 | "have a feeling next week is going to be historic for this share"Yep I agree... the loan restructure deadline is the 2nd September so we'll get a RNS on that sometime before close of business before next Friday. Providing all are now in agreement that will be 'historic' They said they would update the market on the conclusions of overall project workshop meetings once they had been concluded... we ain't had that yet so they are obviously ongoing at the present, we will have to wait and see what the results of that process proves to be... but it could take a while longer for those results to feed through.. | dontay

23/8/2018 21:43 | 10p conversion on the way. Doesn't that tell you what's coming next. Yes. JDA | imjustdandy
23/8/2018 14:13 | Very low free float. Most of these are in very sticky hands. Its gonna be sweet when it finally takes off;-))) | splatted
23/8/2018 14:08 | Current price seems an absolute bargain considering the recent news flow and podcast.Has allowed myself to get a cheap top up but expect people are awaiting for the guarantees only brought by a strong RNS. I honestly think however the price will rise unbelievably quickly once it arrives. Possibly tomorrow? | howler1975
23/8/2018 13:59 | This price is nuts!!!!!!! | splatted
23/8/2018 13:57 | !! Bring it on !! | splatted |
