Yes, news of the loan restructure plans being approved by all the lenders will probably be the next we will hear. It's a procedure that has to gone through and as Hanno said, a bit of a distraction, but it has to be settled and as it's a flexible attractive package for the lenders that give them an option of conversion to capitalising on any share price rise above 10p if they so wish... gaining agreement from AFC shouldn't present any serious problems. Bear in mind that if all lenders exercise that option (they probably wiil!) it will mean at 10p... a further dilution of around 40 million extra shares. The workshop negotiations agenda called to to finalise the 'in principle' agreements with the MOZ government and EDM so that ... as Hanno explained in his podcast the project can "move forward" were published.... they did not and will not include the JDA discussions... that subject is specific to NCCL and it's two proposed partners, those discussions will be ongoing and in tandem and parallel to the workshop meetings. It's more likely that we will get the results of the main workshop negotiations sometime early in September. The JDA negotiations will be finalised on the results of the workshop agreements... I don't expect to see those agreements finalised until late October... possibly into November.

afc approval of shareholder loan proposal will help while we wait for jda. if it does take as long as late september to announcement, can only think because ppa and fc have been progressed, and jda to be followed by ppa and fc in quick succession. now that would make the wait really worthwhile. this all said, nothing saying that jda couldn't come at any time. at the moment, no one knows.

Listening to the podcast from Hanno it could take a wee bit longer than this week. "I think it's just a case of getting all the teams together. The materials are all prepared and I think August is going to be a busy month for us, working with the government of Mozambique as well as the state-owned EDM to finalise the process to move forward". We should certainly hear in the very near future that AFC are agreeable to the loan restructure so that can issue can be put to bed and finalised... but going on Hanno's podcast we might have to wait to get some news of how the 'workshop' meetings worked out and what the future timeline looks like until sometime early September. As Hanno also seemed to suggest other issues and discussions are continuing in parallel, almost certainly he will be referring to the proposed JVD, so we could possibly get some news on that shortly after but the RNS on that subject seems to point to it being more likely that it will be October before all that side of the project is done and dusted.

Whether I took the post seriously is not for you to decide TDJ but thanks for your feedback and duly noted, I'm well aware of the risks but I think this one will reward me.

nothing specific in Donyays post. people should know already theres risk in everything when your investing. you mitigate some of the risk if not a lot of it through the research you do. trophyman, you need to do more research here so you get a proper understanding of the sscenario rather than take serious a vague generic post.

Dontay has just written some very general "buyer beware" advice that he has probably copied and pasted from someone else or from another bb. Did anyone learn anything new from it? If it came as a learning experience for anyone, you should NOT be playing the Aim roulette game.

A stop loss is the worst strategy to use with NCCL. You will get royally screwed by the mms.
