Indeed. His four years have changed the world forever (probably and sadly).

I take it that you've digested everything that's been published this week on the antibody/immunity front. So far, it seems to fully confirm our personal understandings on the subject.

Bear in mind, maxk, the health warnings I have attached to CNN in relation to the oaf - they have been 'at war' with him since 2016. So have the NYT, the LAT, the Chicago Trib and other media all across the US.

Hopefully, the nightmare will end soon.

LLOY Q3 a real mixed bag because of the pandemic, probably a bit better than expected. There doesn't appear to be any mention/comment at all about a return to dividends, presumably a deliberate, 'political' decision.

After yesterday's posts, very interesting to see the BBC leading its news with all the latest antibody/immunity/reinfection risk stuff. Very timely.
The whole CV-19 problem isn't going to go away anytime soon.

CNN is leading with a fresh story that Black voters are turning out in huge numbers and you can bet that the great majority want the idiot out, based on the detail. In 2016, many Blacks chose not to vote; not this year.

Over here, Biden is a firm favourite around 4/9 - 1/2, while Gingerman is around 7/4 - 15/8.

polar fox - yeah, saw a similar interview this morning. You're right about the antibody test, especially as they're getting ready to start shipping the vaccine to the great unwashed (NHS and other front line staff probably by the end of November) in the new year.

Glad to hear you're finally ok.

largeronald,

If you're around, one of the real experts on CV-19 just made a live contribution on 231. He was asked about antibody testing. To sum up his detailed reply, he still sees very little mileage in having one at this time, for all the reasons we have kicked around previously.

Although I'm fully back to normal, whether or not I had a mild dose back in March, I'll continue to operate on the basis that I have no immunity, therefore. The opposite to the idiot in the WH.
