I don’t see why they would be excluded. Any idea what happens to share cert holders? Expect it will have to be by post

There should be a corporate action depending on your broker is my understanding. I can't see that nominee holders are excluded.

Will this offer be open to those with nominee accounts or is it best to invest once in general issue around 10th June?

Unastubbs,

Yes, the average CPIH for the year was 5.575% The Company have decided to call the average CPIH 5.55%

Not much difference ( .01p ) but the maths favours the Company ( naughty ).

Well the way I see the divis in your example in companies like this..The price will be marked down 39p at open, and then a 49.9% chance of a drop from there at the EOD, and a 50.1 chance of a rise. The slight advantage of a rise due to all the company valuation ratios looking improved due to the xd drop.Other factors, like any day, could theoretically drop the price 100% or increase it by several hundred %. (The outers being extremely unlikely).

6th June Ex Divi date. Results 23rd May Next Thurs, then may, emphasise may, get to £12ish. Expected minimal Final divi to be announced next Thurs of 39.13p / share, based on dividend policy followed by the Company.

Then 70% certain it falls on 6th June by 50p min. BTW all this is strictly hypothetical and based only on my opinion. To decide what's best for you, you need to DYOR.

Pierre, I guess it gets to the point where you have to stop hitting your head against a brick wall. If the system is going to fund it, no matter how wrong, eventually you will just take the money and go with it.

Seems obvious. Returns based on assets, assets increasing massively as ordered by regulator to handle more and more intermittent windmills, new assets paid for by customers, ng. wins all round. Customers lose all round.

I suppose there's no one left at ng. to say this is all insane. If they did, they'd soon be out. Welcome to the green way of doing things.

This is my largest holding and I doubled up on weakness. Good, stable business, and demand with a digital economy can only go up. The ESG investors can buy this, the income investors can buy this, those who want international diversification can buy this, politicians need stable power transmission etc.
