Slowly slowly creeping up and then BAM... you are too late... you missed your chance..$500m is the number..£1.74 is the price...Anyone with less than 1m shares will lose out on a quicker retirement plan....

Present share price indicates more buyers than sellers, hence rising share price. Not rising hugely but hardly unexpected based on little news.

Ok - I think that any reader on here can do a pretty conclusive audit on information produced through company rns's to date.

We know how valuable the technology is, or at least we know it is valuable..[the very best have wanted it] we know there will be a fight over patents..and by the strong opposition in this sector..we know that NANO have, "engaged with multiple interested parties as part of the formal sale process." and we know that the share price today stands at the same price as when devalued by the Yankee partnership discontinuation announcement...which is just 25% of what it was with the partnership in tact.

So when the "number of interested parties have submitted non-binding proposals" get to the stage of an offer, a fully grown idiot can work out that it will be many multiples of pre partnership discontinuation - today's share price is an aid for interested parties to get a foothold.

Scaffolders are guessing there is strong interest!

BotBot..so your saying you are posting inside information on a bulletin board..well if it holds to be true I'm sure the men in black will be at your door soon to ask how you got the info and why you posted it on a public forum..or wait better yet you will be caught for your pump trying to dump your shares on fake news.Its close to Christmas so I'm sure your safe till the New Year before they show up.

It's chopping about as usual, based no doubt on investor uncertainty.

Current over 7% up however. Personally I prefer a steady increase rather than wild swings up, then down.

NANO is showing as down today BOTBOT. I am going to stick with my Hold strategy (to the end) unless something crops up to change my mind but I shall not be parting with more money at this stage. GLA - nobody on the outside know’s what going to happen here.

Certainly would. BOTBOT - I imagine that is your best guess rather than an assessment based on any informed third party opinion or articles out there. Happy for you to be right of course but I and others would need to plan for early retirement.

We don't know who the bidders are yet. All we know is that there is more than one company interested.

Paying for patents that havent proven to scale to date(Licensed to :Dow,Merck,Apple,Osram etc ) and surrounding those patents with smaller patents makes the whole load somewhat worthless IMO.If Dow ,Merck or Apple arent bidders then that should tell you all you need to know.Too costly to scale!!!

I am slightly concerned that the share price hasn't ticked up. As more people eg advisors, management teams etc know the ball park price if it was was say 100m, you woukd have thought people would be finding ways to buy.

I guess. Their indicative offer. That they have the money to complete a deal, Whether they plan keep the company trading or just take the IP. If trading how Nano fits with their organisation and how it could help it exploit its IP. Etc etc
