Bagpuss, I'm sure you are right, but what is your take on whatever has been presented to Evercore, for the Board to have responded to? Not used to this situation.Bones, it seems, obviously intends to just disrupt any positive ideas about the outcome.

Possible buyers lol. Means most wonr make an offer and any that do will be for far less than the current ap or end up just walking away

I never worry about an share price until it hits my book - the market is designed to play with your mind...If mm's had priced this 50p on the news today...there would have been takers right through to the close.

Big players need to know what is happening, they dont right now - when their money is down on the cheap, you will see how quick a market can move. You will be offered sloppy seconds. This could open several hundred % on the right news.

One thing is for sure - there is multiple interest, that is a fact...I have seen things run away at auctions???

So despite the very positive news that we have multiple bidders...ie we actually got a bid..!!!.... and that the companies are staying around and doing Due Diligence... the share price jumps 10% and then backs down to 6%.... it really really really is the “Curse of Nano”.....

I need 70p to break even on this but I would take anything above 50p if forced. I’d add more but fear the offer price won’t be much different to the current price. Who knows?

Helpful. Because a number of parties could have been two but it must have been more as the have taken more than one through to the next phase. If that makes sense. Optimistic of 50-100m

Well... the good news is that we now have certainty that they have received bids....!!! The bad news is that we have no idea if it’s 10p £1 or £10 a share.!

Report said any bids would be submitted Mid-December and the company would release statements as appropriate.Maybe the election, and Christmas period, as well as the work involved, will delay progress on validation of submissions? so can-t blame nano for keeping us waiting?

Anyone else think we'll get an update on the sale process by end of the week? The business needs certainty - either it moves ahead will the sale or it ends the process which has stalled new contracts.

NANO in a bid situation, so extended reporting required by the takeover panel. Most companies seem to net them off and report daily - see ACSO for example - but PH appear to be reporting every trade. Probably just got their computer set up that way. Wasteful because somebody (I assume NANO) has to pay for every RNS.

sp once again at the mercy of the Peel Hunt brigade. Hope they are managing to make some profits in their daily quests.Question: Is Peel Hunt just reflecting ALL trades, no matter how or who, or where, on a daily basis, as part of their remit?Some philosophical (or resigned?) comments on this bb ... personally I find it difficult to be anything but depressed at the ways of nanoco.
