06/10/2017 14:10 | Eskers posted this on the LSE BB,anyone here have any ideas on it? This article seems to be dated today... anyone know any further information / whether this is 'new news'? hxxp://jx.0356303.cn | syd7777
06/10/2017 13:29 | I think NANO illustrates many of the problems of companies like it; Blue Sky. They may well end up developing a sustainable business, but often the original shareholders see little of the benefit, as the companies continue to dilute their interests at lower and lower prices in their insatiable desire to fund running costs. I can hardly think of such a business which managed to execute it's business plan in line with it's original timetable. | stemis
06/10/2017 12:49 | How inspiring - nanoco can burn cash for another 2 years | howl01
06/10/2017 11:49 | "Nanoco’s planned raise of £8.6m (subject to approval) should remove a major constraint on the company’s ability to execute its strategy. The balance sheet strength should support customer negotiations at both the developmental level and as it moves towards volume shipments. The ability to attract and retain good staff and the ability to monetise and protect its IP both in display and beyond should also benefit, albeit at the expense of 20% dilution". "With its monthly cost base running at £670k – somewhat below our current estimate of £790k – Nanoco should have enough cash to last beyond July 2019" | nowenterprise
06/10/2017 11:13 | Edison update note out. | geraldus
05/10/2017 22:30 | Mr OZ its all a day trade.expect LO to take up the a position on the board by the DEC AGM.The biggest market uncertainty is over and now Q4 modest orders will come VIA WH.LO have done their homework like DOW,Merck roll on 2019,that’s the year that I have continuously mentioned through out my investment here. | syd7777
05/10/2017 22:28 | Good work. But not convinced in the short term it will be the best buy back share price you'll get | mr.oz
05/10/2017 22:03 | Well I managed to sell at a profit of 31 today and brought back at 27.50.I should have topped up at 23 but Slippy and MR OZ scared me ;) Like Mr Oz has said this is a traders share down 17% then up 9.6 % within an hour. | syd7777
05/10/2017 21:46 | 7lee on some BBs they take that as an RNS logged, but usually it’s a settlement price for traders either looking to buy or sell.On some BBs it gets some investors excited that news is imminent and 66% of the time the indication prevails. It could be a simple RNS of the F/Y results date. | syd7777
05/10/2017 17:56 | Syd What is the 1 share myth? | 7lee
05/10/2017 16:29 | 20% keeps LO on the Board and that will come about at the AGM.They will hold tight for a while | syd7777
05/10/2017 16:26 | that's the reason they underwrote the placing. imho. They are in too deep and have to try and see this through or make a huge loss...which they may have to accept if the company cant deliver this time.. | bagpuss67
05/10/2017 16:25 | baluara. they cant. The market wouldn't take it. As soon as they started offloading we would be at 18p very swiftly and thereafter they would be making a loss.. | bagpuss67
05/10/2017 16:19 | 1 trade gone through,If you believe in the myth. | syd7777
05/10/2017 16:19 | LO had their fingers on the selling button from the start. Could you name one single reason why they would not sell the entire stock of ridiculously discounted shares soon....? | balaura
05/10/2017 14:38 | I wonder if Mr Griffiths is amongst those IIs??? | bagpuss67
05/10/2017 13:57 | As a poster on lse boards pointed out: "LOAM just took a place on the BoD so they're inside and their hands will be tied. They are one seller we don't have to concern ourselves about" ... Makes sense to me that we should not be too worried about LO selling out any time soon. | nowenterprise
05/10/2017 13:44 | They haven't got those shares yet. They sold down loads on the way to 18p. Hopefully they hold the ones they get at 18p and sell once the share price has picked up. | bagpuss67
05/10/2017 13:37 | damn sight more sells than buys, assuming some are the 18p brigade they have made a quick 35%. | notimpressed
05/10/2017 13:08 | will be put to shareholders to ratify at the GM on 30 Nov.. | bagpuss67
05/10/2017 12:55 | yesterdays rns The Fundraising is conditional, amongst other things, upon the Company obtaining shareholder approval for the issue of shares pursuant to the Fundraising on a non pre-emptive basis and the Issue Price (as further described below). A circular (the "Circular"), which requires approval by the FCA, will (conditional on FCA approval being received) be sent to shareholders in due course in connection with the Fundraising convening a general meeting (the "General Meeting"), to be held on or before 30 November 2017 at the latest. again I ask where is the shareholder approval for this deal? | notimpressed
05/10/2017 12:26 | Panic spreader???? Too right. I told the board at 160 this was a crock of bull. No need to thank me. The leaks from Nanoco are infamous.why dont you investigate ME for colluding with Lombard in order to sell off millions in stock and then sell them a load og YOUR equity at a fraction of the price. | slipperysidewinder
05/10/2017 12:00 | EurotoDo you work for the house broker then? | tonsil
