It was interesting Digital Trends(YT Channel) were talking about QD TV, explaining the many issues to why they have not become mainstream, they will have QD displays at CES 2025, likes of Panasonic have been trying to develop QDTV for years.. |

Definitely a poor show to wait till after the EGM and then start giving money away. Certainly adds to the impression that Nanoco is a company run for the directors rather than for the shareholders. |

Well 3.2 millón options at nil cost. At current price that is about £450,000 of shareholders money that has been given away. Seems unfair since the performance is extremely negative. |
I guess they might have set a figure relative to a sale price that triggers awards..if that was say £20m would any buyer see that as a level being set ? Since they have publicly stated they think a realistic value on the IP is £46m ..i would have thought that should be a target for awards...but I'm sure it will be far lower..since enterprise value is currently only about £10m there is a big gap to that figure.Seems inappropriate to be granting such nil cost awards when the ongoing sale process is being enacted "at pace" and the ceo said was making very good progress. |

kooba - not sure what you're saying. If the order is still with the broker to complete the fund may well not even know what's been traded, so how can it do a declaration? |

Supernumerary I realise that in practise some disclosures are not compliant with regulations..but trades can’t be parked until order is completed..they are booked out. At that point they should declare any threshold change within 2 days.
It may transpire though that when the directors were buying ..they were buy from Milkwood. |
i just ignore the nonsense if they vote down without reason, but yes it is quite possible that they may well infact have sold down since then, so quite plausible |
Ref your earlier point, instis rarely seem to report when they pass through the thresholds. As far as I can tell it's normally when the instruction they've given to their broker is completed, which could be for several reasons - time-expired, filled, price moved out of feasible range etc. We'll know when they decide to tell us... |
