AND this doesn't take into account the Ravenscroft set up and other work.
That's for the MXLG set up alone!!

The shares are worth holding maybe.

Yes. I don't go with the tender offer - the shares are worth holding at £1.16 for the increasing value of investments.

The £1.7m profits being divi'd out in it's entirety shows how strong the cash generation is here.
The Tender offer will again reduce the shares in issue. So if you don't take your entitlement you benefit from your shares increase in value.

They will be buying X amount of your shares for £1.16p if you so desire.
Me I will just hold all of mine and the more who do this will allow others to take up more than their allocation.

They might put another £5 of the £21m into the new fund being set up By the GIF.

I'm not complaining. It's a brilliant RNS. The 2 MXLG were those announced in May, unless I'm missing your point. But the real point is that they still got £21m, and most'll be invested in the next few months building Mxlg/Ravenscroft. Then they'll think about selling something I should think.
And as intended the new company will create additional value for everyone holding MXCP. Get some in!

And dont forget MXCP have £5m of MXCP money invested in the GIF.

And another fund is set to be rolled out which MXCP will also gain fees from for managing.

I take issue that they have never RNS'd any news re the GIF or MXLG progress but assume legaly they don't have to. And that they personally don't want to.

This is a shame as it would have helped the share price here.

I posted basically all of this a while back, I said we would get free shares in the Transactional business (I called it the management company)

Maybe a sleeping beauty, waking up. It's round about old NAV, so question is will investors now take NAV for the period done and next to be reported on, and buy into that and add the Ravenscroft and Liberty Global prospects, and whatever other opportunities present. MXCP are confident they have the income to run the operation, and the cash to do what's in the acquisition pipeline, or they wouldn't be talking about returning some, so absolutely no dilution, and they got their own holdings to think about.

Just beware that some of them haven't been put to sleep by Dr Shipman

Sleepers I call these. I have a separate portfolio with half a dozen or so where they sit and I forget about them.
However, reading you gents’ posts is great discussion (recently) and good entertainment too.
Thanks and good luck!

I don't know. If they truly bought shares in the market rather than off some institution wanting out ( that's why I'd like to think no loose major shareholders left in ) a buyback might make a fair old difference this time around. They so far said it'll be based on a percentage of NAV end of period. Whatever they decide they'll be helping themselves, and us lot because they have to - fellow shareholders in the same boat etc.

Or another one of these Tender Offer Doooo Dahhhs where they buy a set %age of your shares at a premium price like as an example 20% of your holding for £3 etc

Make your own fantasy price like I did :)

I'm wondering if Cannacord ( Hargreaves) has gone. They were selling and at 4.18% back in September, but nothing from them since. They don't appear at all on latest shareholders list. I'm thinking that their shares may have been bought by Oak Trust, to get them out the way - alł those bought into the EBT since came from somewhere. Getting rid of them would see us sitting very nicely. Old news, but good to see Ravenscroft Huntress fund invested.
( holdings not now as header hxxp://mxccapital.com/investor-centre/company-information/ )

I know the owners of MXCP.
It's not going to be falling anytime soon.
And you sell when they offer to buy your shares at a premium which they will do again.

Nope - topping up every fall isn't a lot of fun But historically has been plenty fun When it's trading at a conservatively adjusted NAV it's worth buying

This is rising and set to rise - good thing because if it falls you won't be able to sell - we are all Woodford on this one :) Least I could get shot of Bur
