28/11/2019 13:42 | Redcentric up to 94p. So far as I know, MXCP retains options/warrants at least over 7m. shares at 80p. | suneday
21/11/2019 09:48 | Still drifting out. Maybe Smith will buy some back with a portion of his tender money when they come out of the closed period. | suneday
31/10/2019 22:25 | Good comment, and the buy at 2.5 is a marker for Adept shareholders. | suneday
31/10/2019 21:59 | No surprise at all he did so the last time as well. Like everyone else he has bills to pay. Selling his entitlement under the offer is just the same as taking a dividend which is in fact what it is. By the way Raleigh on LSE is slightly wrong re the 7m share buy at AD4 it was done at 2.5p. Not the current price. | chimers
31/10/2019 19:28 | I see Smith sold some in the tender offer. A bit surprised by that, but on the other hand, why not? MXCP will have to make it's way on results, and he still has 15%. Maybe he's trading and will buy back in! | suneday
25/10/2019 16:28 | why is this not falling as adept4 is | twodegrees
17/10/2019 14:28 | With effect from 25 October 2019, the total number of exercisable voting rights in the Company will reduce from 67,203,349 to 65,742,407. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company. | chimers
03/10/2019 22:40 | Perhaps Google it and tell us if you think it's so interesting? | trill1
03/10/2019 15:40 | £3.5m is not chump change. Nor is the rest of the cash they have ploughed into AD4. They will want their pound of flesh there as well. But IDE is by far the bigger company and have recently partnered with one of the worlds largest IT services companies DXC. "NEARLY" as big as Liberty Global. | chimers
03/10/2019 12:02 | I think it's very clear now that from an MXCP perspective, Íde is now firmly the one to watch with great interest. All their eggs there from the two remaining listed ones. Been rescued at expense to a large 43% shareholding and all the rest of it, and being groomed for better things, and to eventually bring cash back home, whether from Liberty Global or not. A statement of the obvious really. | suneday
02/10/2019 13:02 | I was of the opinion that ALL my posts are somewhat historic. | chimers
02/10/2019 12:52 | Yes, just noticed that. Trying to tart up a post and respond to you. Lol. | suneday
02/10/2019 09:48 | This got to be worth more than 116 anyway. Just hold. Or they'll have failed themselves personally. All the work they're putting in, everything going on isn't for the wages! | suneday
02/10/2019 09:44 | Go down in history as one of those cases where you said it first! As you will tell us......... | suneday
02/10/2019 09:44 | The tender offer tightens things up and allows those who want a small divi. | chimers
02/10/2019 09:42 | Well it is more or less a guarantee but we cant ever say that as a fact. But. It's a FACT. Even though we can't say it's a FACT so in many ways its not really a FACT. EXCEPT.............. | chimers
02/10/2019 09:39 | Yes. I got big hopes for Íde going on. Now that would be a big thing for MXCP especially, and MXLG. Anyway, for now people just liking the tender offer. | suneday
02/10/2019 09:22 | With AD4 and IDE both back on track MXCP can get back to the main show. I think both IDE and AD4 will be swallowed up by the MXLG project especially IDE. But they will get both back into profit first. | chimers
02/10/2019 09:20 | So you keep saying lol | chimers
02/10/2019 09:19 | It's much better than than the last one. But I'm interested to see the timing as against the pro rata share allocation. Perhaps that'll come. Nothing much to say about Adept, other than thankfully they worked themselves out of a big hole. It'll take care of itself now I think. Job done there. Your point above is the main one I think. | suneday
02/10/2019 09:17 | It's much better than than the last one. But I'm interested to see the timing as against the pro rata share allocation. Perhaps that'll come. 02/10/2019 08:44 | What it does is knock off over 1.5m of the issued share capital. Tightens everything up for those who hold shares. Which in turn will make the price rise more easily in the future. | chimers
02/10/2019 08:41 | That's the Tender offer out 1 in every 46 shares @ £1.16 if you want it. | chimers |
