the FSA is the most incompetent government organisation its run by idiots who shouldn't even be regulating a kiddies tea party let alone the countries financial companies --The fsa needs someone like sir Alan Sugar to buy the outfit for 50p from the government - If the government can buy Northern Rock for £1.00 what's the value of the FSA a seperate company that regulates the city and all our major financial institutions. the FSA is totally responsible for the problems in the private banking sector in allowing these super paid ignorant yuppies to trade like Nick leeson wannabees -- the mind boggles with the way our major banks are risking shareholders funds and destroying the fabric of the capitalist system -the quicker we get a change in Government the better

I dont particularly care if they go to prison or not that's not my worry -what does concern me is Shelly lied to the SFA/IMRO enforcement meetings and you will apologise in writing to the FSA and pay me compensation Mr Shelly OK ? you happy with this out of court settlement its up to you ---after you have settled with me then The FSA can deal with you

Risk/reward looks good. 4.5p to buy versus 20p net cash at end of March. And they stated that was enough to last at least 2 years. So Minster should still have 15p of cash as of now.
Obviously the results of the Phase IIb TEMPUS study of tonabersa are key. These are due early 2009. But there should still be approx 10p per share of cash left whatever happens (assuming their cash isnt invested with Kaput-thing!).

Rumour of the day

Minster Pharmaceuticals lost 3p to 4½p, as 10.5 million shares – 18 per cent of the equity – were traded, many at 1p. It is thought that shares belonging to Kaupthing, which is in administration, or shares held by Kaupthing for a client, were sold. Traders believe that the shares should recover now that the overhang is cleared.
