Harry i don;t get you ,i asked a simple question ,nothing to do with any mafia ring ,after all Vuelands and spit have proved to be right about this company.
Its not worried about its share holders .

this share has a very interesting history was originally named RII PLC (a monaco mafia helped creation )
a former director of mine at the IMRO regulated firm -Adams & Neville Asset Management Limited was to later help create the RTO that was to take place at MpM --
The 1997 --joint SFA/IMRO investigation eventually closed A&N down because of the bad debts created by its criminal dealing activities and links with this rogue A& N director's controlling and lead involvement --this director was personally responsble for the demise of the firm -as he was in charge of all the market mafia members --
i am now pushing the authorities and the Organised Crime Agency--very hard now --for a fresh enquiry to be urgently made --as this dealing ring is still currently involved directly with the Adams family --ie the notorious stock exchange Monaco Mafia and its connected crime syndicates -- as i have stated before its not a game -- i am seriously going to eventually prosecute for the full debt recovery for all outstanding funds that belong to myself ie harry punter \o/ ;o) --statute of limitations doesnt apply to crime proceeds and money laundering \o/

Is this right ,could some one who holds mpm shares tell me if they have recived today the proposed subscription .
The understanding i have is for every 50 share you hold we will recive 1 (one) new share priced at 65p.
for Example if some one holds 100000 shares at present valueing at aprox £1500,the new shares will be 2000 valueing the price at £1300 losing £200 straight way ,what benfit do share holders get apart from less shares.
please could some correct me if i am wrong.

Watch this price fall and fall further after consolidation. Share consolidations never work unless there is really outstanding news to come very soon after the event, Im sure this is not the case. The original RII investors have been well and truly stuffed.

Spit: I think I was one of the lucky ones with VOS / FGN as for the others no good...but saying that I do think MPM has some upside going for them as most of their shares are held tightly by insti's.

Minster Pharma to raise about 17 mln stg by issue of about 26.2 mln shares

LONDON (AFX) - Minster Pharmaceuticals PLC said it will issue about 26.2 mln
shares at a price of 65 pence each to raise about 17.0 mln stg to speed the
development of tonabersat, a drug for preventive treatment of migraine.
The drug maker said a consortium of two specialist US investors, Care
Capital and Rho Capital, have agreed to subscribe for about 16.9 mln of the
shares, or 28.99 pct of the enlarged share capital, raising 11.0 mln stg.
In addition the company is placing 9.2 mln shares with new and existing
institutional investors.
The company specialising in neurological and psychiatric disorders said the
funds will also be used to further develop sabcomeline, used in the treatment of
schizophrenia.

rosco46 ,there were two transaction of 40 million on 7th but no movement of share price ,could it be some one is holding back and waiting for more results before they make annoucement .
