Who knows......but he does seem to have been pretty close to the border line with his comments...maybe they don't read advfn posts but if they did I would have expected action.....seems like advfn are doing their best to keep him off but clearly their efforts don't match his.....

Statute of limitations is only for bad debts ---Black mail and concealing the proceeds of a crime is a criminal offence and is not washed away under that part of the act of parliament -- a crime is a crime and should not go un-punished Mr Shelly

That £87000 came out of my own resources and i expect you to cover this debt and make good to me in due course--- as i find you were directly responsible for this debt due to overtrading this account whilst you were covering for an associate whilst he was away on holiday
