So; two new directors, both ex- GSK, both highly skilled in this business with prior knowledge of the products/patents and with massive kudos and a wealth of contacts.

Enough cash for two years and a strong drive to commercialisation.

Time to buy methinks - topped up today.

More interest again today and price continues to edge up.

A significant RNS will send it into orbit.

A little more background on the " new boy";

Karl Keegan

Managing Director (Life Sciences), Canaccord Capital

Karl Keegan joined Canaccord Capital in July 2003, from Banc of America Securities where he developed a European Life Sciences franchise. He has also served as an analyst with UBS Warburg and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Prior, Karl gained practical industry experience in both research and strategic product development at SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals. He earned a degree in Pharmacology from University College, Dublin, followed by a MPhil and PhD in Biophysics from Cambridge University. Karl completed his postdoctoral training at Baylor College of Medicine, Texas.

Can you imagine anyone with better qualifications; contacts, knowledge, city nous; awareness of which growth businesses are looking for a float/cash shell; experience of driving on a tiny pharma?

I can't; bought some more.

The new appointment is company transforming - no way he would jump ship from such a prestigious and well paid position to this micro without good cause.

Cash in the bank; tax losses galore; quote already - ready made shell.

Multi bagger from here. Forget about the rise so far - many more like this to come.

RNS in due course.
