He says that there will we coverage in the newspapers so will wait and see, regardless of t/o or not the company is seriously undervalued. I would not bet against a take over being put forward considering the current market cap, not sure it would be 75 million but more in the region of 50 million based on last years revenues and contract wins.

Indeed not only did it never happen but the fact is they didn't even bid on that contract you imbocile.

Totally in talks with NHS Doncaster, Software management for their ageing system, Sinclair is there today to confirm, contract is a big one as it is an overhaul of the whole system. Possibly 3 million +.

Keep an eye on they usually have the latest news, but this should be confirmed by the 10th

Had an email from a freind that costain were in talks to table a bid for Mouchel Parkman believed to be in the region of 75 million. There will be an article in one of the papers he says.

I am not invested here and have been out of the market for a while. Do NOT base your investemnt on this but just thought I'd do my good deed for the day. Hope you all do well out of this.

Confidence is returning as the fear factor hanging over MCHL is lessening due to banking facilities continuing for foreseeable future IMO... also share price was very oversold... could bounce back to mid 20s pretty quickly even without news...
