no one would buy 750k if there was nothing happening - the city knows some thing .. id get in before the crowd ...... tick up coming, last chance under 14p .... Undervalued stock look at the graph... rumours have it a new multi million pound contract has been signed ..so we might finally see the 50's again

with not too many shares in circulation there is a good chance of a gap up tomorrow AM depending on tonights auction of course.

tonights closing price depends on how many people recognise that fact

pikey, alot of stocks recovering of late, i dont think you will see under 10p again to be honest

it took its time breaking through 10p resistance and now that will become support

i would expect this to rise strongly into todays close as buyers look for a continued rise or news tomorrow

John, I actually said I predict share price bounces around between 6.5 and 9.9 pence, and after the profit takers go again tomorrow/Monday I don't think I will be too far off the money.

looking at the buying pressure i would say there is news coming here,

was hoping for a slight retrace to get in but i might have to bite the bullet as i want in before the close

well these markets are all about finding value, and looking over the books there is value here,

certainly 13p is harsh and far too low

I would think so. Just not formally agreed. Depends what mouchel management want to do. I would guess it hasn't been announced as it distracts the company and clients and there will have to be a certain amount of reassuring to do. Also gives time for the buyer to hoover up shares at a discount. I am assuming it will go through once all the guarantees have been given and clients are on board. Shouldn't be a problem as they will be keeping on the Mouchel staff. The acquirer is well known and respected and has a very good reputation. They will take Mouchels private but probably keep the name.

Akins have offered 150p to buy Mouchels but they can't guarantee they will keep all the jobs as there is a bit of an overlap. Another consultant not publicly traded has offered 100p and sees Mouchel as an excellent business to expand into other areas particularly highways in Australia. As this other consultant does not have much overlap it is will need to keep on all he employees. The management of this consultant have been buying loads of shares hence why the share price has not fallen back and will continue to rise until takeout. The price Mouchels will be sold for is 100p.
