THIS IS WHY POSTING ON HERE IS A F.....G PIONTLESS EXCERCISE I PROBABLY KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS COMPANY THAN MOST FUND MANAGERS AND ANALYSTS PUT TOGETHER WELL I WOULD LIKE TO THINK SO.? DONT END UP BEING A \\\\ I WISH I DID IT PERSON\\\ THIS IS AN OPPERTUNITY STARING YOU IN THE FACE.REMEMBER THIS MOUCHELL IS NOT A LITTLE COMPANY . Im a new investor here but 112m share and a share price of near 8 gives a very tiny market capt how come there have been so many shares traded recently and how much debt have MCHL got?

there maybe a huge contract win on the way circa 150 million ref highways not absolutley sure but i believe it is more than maybe.ALSO this is the time to buy more if you have the funds .I wish i had more funds left because i would still buy like mad .good luck to all holders

Yes I would also think there is going to be a fair bit more stake building on the horizon especially around this share price level .. And around only 112 Million Shares currently in issue .. Keep adding if you can !

yes good point re them being agents for Costain. If another bid is to come, I would expect the stake building to continue next week.

I disagree with the statement by a poster that the AGM notices gave no important positive information. They ONLY voted in favor to increase borrowing powers. NOT until they put forward and have the Reconstruction Plan accepted by the lenders, will this vote have any value.....and the company can move forward......case in point below.





They had an IMS a couple of weeks ago of suggested propositions which included banking arrangements....which actually saw the price drop....but NOT until the banks agreed...did the share price rise nearly 100% (ps...they have 400+m shares...as opposed to MCHL's 100m+)


I also note that three directors have been Re-elected...and three newly elected, these newly elected directors will now have Authority as directors to act on the company's behalf. With reference to share purchase by the company.....presumably these new directors will want a stake in the company...ie, with shares or options on shares.


It's starting to pick up...I too believe that once the banks have accepted the Recon Plan...this will rise dramatically and at this stage any 'potential' bidders will show their hands before it gets beyond their reach...all my opinion of course.


this article was posted last February.....Mouchel are STILL here..and working...I wonder if the analysts who wrote the article still have jobs?

strutt12, it's a standard resolution that pretty much all companies ask for, but it doesn't mean they will use it. Indeed, in Mouchel's case, they don't have any money to buy-back anyway.

WC2A 3ED on 20 January 2012 commencing at 11 am. The formal Notice of AGM is enclosed with this letter. As a shareholder, the
Board is required to present certain matters to you annually, and to seek shareholder approval on ordinary and special business.

there wont be any price sensitive news released at the AGM unless preceeded by an RNS.

especially not confirming any 3rd party approach!!

transfer of stock from the weak to the strong ie Schroders to Henderson. Does anyone seriously think MCHL are going bust when a fund is building a stake?
Schroders were over exposed and most likely will be responding to redemptions, as per many funds.
I am not expecting a statement with the "all resolutions passed" standard AGM RNS. Unless of course bid rumours had foundation
