Totally agree chuffer. I have the satisfaction that Gold and chums have failed with their d1ckhead offer. They thought we would accept literally crumbs. Dignity is worth more than money.

You might want to get all your complaining in now Scott. It could be the last chance you get.

I agree SD. Look at Hurricane Energy. Shareholders there will stop the scam restructuring and I hope we will stop the w4nkers here. I really think they thought we would just go for anything over nothing and live in the wildly unrealistic hope that the newco would multibag within months... Just for most people to break even.

Yes for the people they have let down as Director’s they will, as I have vote, No. I still think they have had it planned since before the suspension which is why they have treated us as mushrooms and have not attempted to worry about coaxing votes from any of us

SD70' judging by shareholder sentiment it should be a landslide NO.

Does anyone on here honestly think the list of pretty credible new investors didn’t ask the Motif Bio Highway men if they have enough votes to get this deal across the line? Something tells me Gold learnt this in Leonard Sterns business school in year one lesson one

Not as embarrassing as having no shares but spending all day being a paid gimp for a bunch of w4nkers like you are Tutte.

Bit sensitive ain't you Tutte slithery? Pi's votes all properly recorded via their 'custodian' then if it matters to you. Ooh, sorry to be a thicko in your eyes but I know how to vote. Barclays has shares for pi's just like HL etc. There are no iis invested, just check on your own scam website!. What's your next desperate attempt? Hilarious to speak to you since you are the one spreading bull chizz.

I voted through my broker with Barclays on the phone. Super easy and was recorded. Interestingly as soon as I voted my families accounts all were activated with corporate action notices but until then there had been absolutely nothing including mine. Pretty strange goings on. Still think the vote goes through but did my bit to show these Director’s that despite them gaining wealth they have lost all trust and respect for their reputations. For that they will never recover

Furry No Shares, ready to make a specific prediction. Of course not because you are a pound shop Neil Woodford. Shares are not voted through you brokers, they are voted through your custodian, in some cases these are one and the same but not always. All shares in the UK that are traded through your broker (if not traded directly or in a dark pool) are settled through CREST. Look it up and learn something.

Hahaha, slithery weasel Tutte u know as well as I do that pi's vote via their broker; they don't have to be named via Crest. I had an official form via mine and any broker also accept phone and message voting. Haha the f00kery you are desperate.

SD70, just to be clear the last few resolutions are special resolutions so require a 75% threshold but those will get waved through as well. It is going to be fascinating to see how many of the PIs hold their shares in certified form via Crest. If you have a margin account your shares are probably not certified. Will the board accept votes from non certified shares ? In certain circumstances as prescribed in the Uncertified Securities Regulation 2001 they don’t have to. Countdown is on .... drum roll has started.

No it hasn’t been taken over but the reality is I just don’t think this was thrown together as hoc. Look at the £650,000 raised - almost to the pound the perfect amount of money literally. That’s not a coincidence The warrants exercised was £48,000 not £50,000 why £48,000? Strange number They have made zero effort to explain why investors should vote for the deal and they stand to make a lot if it goes through. Appreciate they are all cowards and don’t want to face the music but for that easy dough there is enough incentive to speak to us to. Also appreciate its a tough sell to investors and that might be the reason they have chosen not too but my gut tells me the vote was tied up pre-suspension. Their cards are marked though. Reputations in the bin most won’t lend them a pen now for the various companies they represent and if they lose this vote they will be selling hot dogs in Lexington Avenue when the general meeting is over

SD. Has your account been taken over by slithery Tutte? You know that it will be an overwhelming NO. Yes, no iis since Odier dumped, so all shafted pi's.The warrants are a tiny 7million shares, the unexercised warrants don't have voting rights. It won't even be close. It will be NO. An emphatic No too otherwise something dodgy going on.
