How did the action group work out for you both ? You had an email address and everything. There was going to be coordinated strategy with the other board and we were going to get indications of the numbers? A busted flush ? This was a fait accompli from the moment it was announced. Your anger towards me is misplaced, the situation has nothing to do with me and is purely down to the fact that you are now starting to see the reality of what I have been saying. Time to move on, no use crying over spilled milk.

So come on furry you never did say how many shares you have, just like Chuffer nothing more than a hill of beans ... does not really matter anyway as this will go through very comfortably. Why you ask, because the vast majority of investors do not suffer from pathological stupidity and don't see shooting themselves in the foot as much of a solution to anything.

As a wise man once said “If you've been playing poker for half an hour and you still don't know who the patsy is, you're the patsy.” maybe there is something in that quote for yourself and chuffer.

SD70, Unfortunately I am not sure at this end of town stronger CG guidelines will help a great deal. I think the only thing that really helps at is skin in the game from the management and board or a well respected (active) substantial shareholder.

I also see an inverse correlation between a very active LSE chat board or the number of chuffer types that you get who are so absolutist in their views and the quality of the company.

But there in lies the attraction of AIM. It is like a used car lot, 90% of the cars on the lot are lemons, 10% are not, but all the cars on the lot are priced like lemons. If you can find that 10% you will be golden.

I think Ms Thorn is going to a huge improvement on this shower, ultimately the science has to be proven, but I think the prospects of getting it to a point where it will be taken in to the clinic by big pharma are decently high. They are more than fully funded to get to that point. If they are successful at that point the share price will be multiples higher, it could easily be between GBP2 and GBP5.

I am hopeful next week they will do a lot of introductory publicity as the approach she is taking is so elegantly simple you wonder why it has not been done before. The answer to that is that the manufacturing of the linker binding arms is hugely specialised and complex, however she had been working at ADCBio who specialise in this area and are world renowned and will be using some of their capabilities and licensed technology.

From another BB but very pertinent to Motif Bio Director’s -

“I'm sure everyone regrets investing anything in this company now and those who have lost hard feel that pain very acutely. Directors should run companies exercising their fiduciary duties to protect shareholders. Investing should not be gambling. This case is showing a serious problem in corporate governance and regulation.”

To quote Roy Scheider "We're going to need a bigger boat".

You seemed to be placing a lot of faith in the rejection of the special resolution at the last GM. Although it did not meet the 75% threshold level and with only a @ 15% turn out, @3 times more people voted in favour of resolution than against it.

I can't believe you are falling for the chizz that comes out of Tutte SD70! All this talk of the FCA and SFO - non-starter and time waster. The only way to get even is to vote NO. I see they have sent their velvet-voiced minion Tutte out with his slithery persuasion.

So come on then. Tell us how many shares you got ? Shock and awe us, make management shake. As I said before less than a hill of beans.

15th May 2020 this happened

“A warrant holder to exercise warrants representing 7,142,857 ordinary shares”

Those warrants were sold just prior to the suspension - that wasn’t coincidence it was to make sure they had control even from back then

In my understanding warrant holders do not have voting rights. This can be voted down and I've cast my vote to do just that. The directors have not tried to 'sell' the deal Tutte because they would be probably be lynched as soon as any current holder realised what it actually meant.

I think it would prudent to highlight all that has gone before

chat next week - what is done is nothing more than a bloody nose to the Board and next week is the genesis of a new company with hopefully better viruses and moral values

Lets chat next week. I am happy to lend my support in order to make sure that our new board understand what their shareholders think of Mr.Gold and how he would appear to be out of keeping with the quality of the new board and management. To brighter days.

WT - Tutte Cheers the wheels are in motion but it won’t be soon as it takes time and I am looking forward to emailing the new CEO the moment the new company is listed to highlight what’s transpired under the leader of Graham Lumsden and Jonathan Gold. Lots of factual comments via RNS/Proactive interviews and WebCasts.

They will always be wondering if today is the day the charade of being a Director looking after shareholders best interests is finally outed. Long road ahead but I have time/money and a little influence in the right areas.

Chat about the new company on Tuesday. Don’t like the fact that the company doing well falsely enriches these corporate vultures but I think Tiffany sounds terrific and wish her the best - she will need it with Gold sitting on the remuneration committee. She had better have eyes in the back of her head

SD70, I have been exactly where you are now, it is completely and utterly wrong, the deck is completely stacked against the small investor. All I can say is what makes them hop and it is the only thing, believe me I tried. Is to go after them in law and reputation. Take great care not to be libellous, state everything as your opinion rather than fact. If they sit on a board write to the chairman with your views, write to their D&O insures, write to professional bodies etc. You will most likely NOT get the justice you are seeking but you will have a significant negative impact on them.
