Love to hear just one thing from Board:

How do they justify taking waarants and fundraise shares at 20p and shareholders have to pay 50% more to buy them?

In that point alone I want to hear how that is in our best interests

If anything the inverse of that would have made me possibly think about voting yes

So it looks like the share consolidation will be 1 share for every 220 shares?

That leaves me with 34 shares costing £70 a share!

I guess it's vaguely better than them going bust, but not a lot...

Imagine doing a deal that is so embarrassing far from the Director’s looking after shareholders best interests that even your PR company Walbrook doesn’t want to publicly be involved in promoting the deal.

Look at their social media feeds they have completely ignored it has happened yet have given updates all the way through.

Walbrook don’t even want to be associated with this deal
Jonathan Gold - Graham Lumsden and Motif Bio Director’s have put together

I suspect he was referring to Scott David, the clue being in SD (17 was probably meant to be 70). Anyway, good that you cursed him just for good measure - you have a reputation to keep up!

Personally will begin emailing and messaging Tiffany Thorn as to how her company BiVictriX explains the cognitive dissonance.

Care deeply for patients health but not care one iota about being fair to their wealth to play for the treatments she is developing.

I suggest investors change tack and ask BiVictriX and Tiffany to explain a the abhorrent deal potential patients of hers are having to take here when there are better ways of raising the money, being fairer to shareholders than the Directors who put her potential patients in the situation they find themselves with Motif Bio.

Doubt I would touch anything that looks at this deal and thinks there is even a modicum of fairness about it. Certainly wouldn’t invest in the company

Also if the 30 other deals were considered WORSE for shareholders Shiism the that be explained to shareholders?

Those other deals must have been tossed in the bin after the first paragraph if this was the BEST deal for shareholders

This story has many legs left in it and these Directors need to be held accountable for not just the RTO but the last 3 years

So this conspiracy of cowards feels that not communicating with shareholders is in the aforementioned shareholders best interests?? Clearly they know the deal is horrible and that they win and the shareholders lose

Quite clearly that is not Directors acting in shareholders best interests it’s Directors acting in their own nest interest which goes against the legal requirements of a Director

Jonathan Gold has become a 2% owner of the new enlarged group when fully diluted from having virtually no shares at all

I see greedy Gold has sorted himself out with a very nice non-executive pay check in the new company and for good measure is the chair of the audit committee - guess where all of the new BiVictriX cash will go -

Mr Gold will receive a fee of £35,000 per annum for his services as a non-executive director and an additional fee of £4,000 per annum for his appointment as Chair of the audit committee.

Sending copies to Biomarck and BiVictriX if the RTO happens and to all the various employees of those two companies via LinkedIn
