SD70, just to be clear the last few resolutions are special resolutions so require a 75% threshold but those will get waved through as well.

It is going to be fascinating to see how many of the PIs hold their shares in certified form via Crest. If you have a margin account your shares are probably not certified. Will the board accept votes from non certified shares ? In certain circumstances as prescribed in the Uncertified Securities Regulation 2001 they don’t have to. Countdown is on .... drum roll has started.

No it hasn’t been taken over but the reality is I just don’t think this was thrown together as hoc.

Look at the £650,000 raised - almost to the pound the perfect amount of money literally. That’s not a coincidence

The warrants exercised was £48,000 not £50,000 why £48,000? Strange number

They have made zero effort to explain why investors should vote for the deal and they stand to make a lot if it goes through. Appreciate they are all cowards and don’t want to face the music but for that easy dough there is enough incentive to speak to us to. Also appreciate its a tough sell to investors and that might be the reason they have chosen not too but my gut tells me the vote was tied up pre-suspension.

Their cards are marked though. Reputations in the bin most won’t lend them a pen now for the various companies they represent and if they lose this vote they will be selling hot dogs in Lexington Avenue when the general meeting is over

SD. Has your account been taken over by slithery Tutte? You know that it will be an overwhelming NO. Yes, no iis since Odier dumped, so all shafted pi's.The warrants are a tiny 7million shares, the unexercised warrants don't have voting rights. It won't even be close. It will be NO. An emphatic No too otherwise something dodgy going on.

If they have lost this vote then they are utter cretins. I can’t for the life of me believe it’s even close despite the 100% revulsion to this deal by private screwed over investors.

The dump of Lombard Odier placing shares didn’t move the price at all pre-suspension and in one go they dropped just over 7% of the entire shares in issue and the price stayed the same.

Have to believe they are sitting safe for the vote on Monday along with exercised warrants just pre-suspension to give them the 51%

If they didn’t do that they are utter morons and given how deceitful and duplicitous they are I don’t have them down as morons. Many other things but not that

OK mate, see your point there. I still think it will be voted down. Who in their right mind would vote for it? Don't feel PIs have. No iis to bribe either? They are scum.

No I mean wasn’t - given their prior form when presented with a situation like this I doubt they would have given a dial in code. They haven’t wanted to face shareholders since April 2019 so the fact they do reinforces my belief you don’t work on a deal for 6 months and didn’t check you had the votes beforehand to get it over the line.

The small ‘only’ is if they have grown a conscience between the offering of a deal and now or in the minute chance it did get voted down and their is another better deal to be done swiftly - doubt it but miracles are possible I guess

Whatever happens our accounts are full of principles and morals theirs may have large cash deposits but are morally bankrupt

SD Assume you mean 'if this WAS passed they wouldn't do that'? Yeah, their plans F00ked. Like your idea mate about another shot, hope they give that a go and give us a great deal as we were expecting. Either way: Integrity wins over F00kery.

I see the General Meeting dial in details are up - if this wasn’t passed they wouldn’t do that. The ‘only’ and very small ‘only’ is if there is some negotiating position and they want to express their f@&£ing remorse at what shareholders have been put through this past 3 years.

The love to install fear but here is the thing -

There is cash in the bank and a RTO takes 4 weeks if you hurry it and don’t have the luxury of making £25,000 a month for doing very little

So if the Director’s have the best interests of the shareholders in mind they can work for virtually nothing - go back to the other 29 companies - and do a RTO with one of them.

It’s not over unless those deals aren’t as sweet for them as this one is the truth and they just want to continue looking after themselves

I've said many times I've voted no. You are not a shareholder. Your arguments are those of a child or a disturbed person with sociopathic tendencies. To be honest Tutte you are doing your cause a lot of harm by even posting as the way you come across is very embarrassing. Just a bit of feedback to Gold and the BoD for ya.
Have a great day!

Come on Furry, you will not say if you own shares, will not say how many, you will not say how you voted, will not give a prediction of the number of "nos". You don't seem to do analysis, facts or predictions ... no wonder investing seems to be a bit problematic for you.

By the way I have a bridge I would like to sell you ...

So come let’s have a prediction for the number of “No” votes ? If we take declared shares at face value between SD70, Chuffer and their associates we are at @ 40 million. Add shares declared on the other board plus a few more you might get to 75 million. I reckon it will be a lot lower than that in the end but even if it is not it will not make a dent.

SD70. Chuffer's right mate. The fact is that existing shareholders have been shafted to a worthless level, whilst BoD suggest we crawl away and wait for a rainbow based on the words of slither and friend tells you what you already know. At least you voted NO mate: good on you.

If it gets to £5 Scott most Lth will be nowhere near b/e unless they averaged down 10x their original holdings.
Most here would have to see £20 or £30 to b/e
Not a chance in hell

Fact is Tuttle these Director’s did not look after shareholders best interests only their own.

If it gets to £5 then most LTH break even - these Directors make only upside and get richer despite being paid on top of everything these past 2 years a grotesque salary.

It’s completely unethical, immoral and wrong on every level. They are the parasites of humanity

Furry and Chuffer, neither of you have rebutted a single point I have made. Vote your little hearts out, spew your emotions and close you eyes to reality it will change nothing. Let’s reconvene next week when I can say “I told you so” and you can throw some of your pithy and crude comebacks, that do nothing but highlight your own inadequacy. I am looking forward to it already, till then !
