Agree Scott- that’s the problem with LinkedIn profile- while paper doesn’t refuse ink- computers don’t refuse exaggeration- who’s to correct the profile?

You can put in what you like - leave out the bits you don’t like etc etc

It’s phenomenal in the article about Graham Lumsdens new job and the press release attached to it that there is no mention of his FAILURE to get Iclaprim approved. How to airbrush out your history or what!!!

Yup this is going to be presented as a fait accompli this month. We won’t have a say and the two men charged with looking after shareholders interests will leave with a hefty wad of cash.

Absolutely Chuffer - let’s not forget Lumsden had all bases covered at around 8p and many were in at 35p plus

Greedy Gold and Graham only need to do a RTO to get their money. Lumsden an incredible BONUS of $100,000 and Gold $325,000 in deferred salary. If shareholders get sweet nothing they still get their money.

Given there was zero Corporate Governance which continues with no communication from Motif then we can assume they will happily shaft investors who paid their lavish lifestyles.

I would be hammering at their door asking for how a prospectus and vote can happen if investors are only getting an
Update second half of the month.

It says he raised $125 million but what is doesn’t say is what he took as a CEO in percentage terms as a salary due to that fundraising. So the investors in his new come need to know that the more he raises the more tilted his salary is which means dilution which is bad for shareholders was good for Graham Lumsden at Motif. They have been warned

So less than 14 days we need to see a prospectus and have a vote via a General Meeting after the 15th January- I was terrible at maths but that seems impossible to me - anyone else got an explanation?

Motif and Walbrook won’t explain - that’s not a good sign

Absolutely correct,just hot air and an RNS that says nothing. There is no deal nor will there be, its all smoke and mirrors ment to give hope where none exists. Another in a long list of BOD failures including Flybe, Thomas cook, Debenhams and many more.
If you have lost money here I sure hope that you all have made it back elsewhere.

Robblertwo just starting to understand how the timings are seriously a concern to current shareholders on LSE

Answers are needed IMMEDIATELY from the Company as to the timings considering today’s RNS stating an update SECOND HALF OF JANUARY

I have got my friends to ask Walbrook and Motif about a General Meeting given it needs a minimum of 14 days in advance of the 28th January. Nothing back. Pretty simple question and no replies to anyone.

They have asked about the prospectus and vote they have told us numerous times.

Nothing back.

This BOd continues to NOT have correct CORPORATE GOVERNANCE and so far has NOT PROVED ITS WORKING IN SHAREHOLDERS BEST INTERESTS.

Answers are needed from the Company

Not a lot, but the target company could have loads, otherwise a fundraise against the new listed company shares ( consolidation ) going forward.Gl ;-)

ps they've got around £500k cash to provide funds for the RTO.
