I know I am working harder than the Bord this Christmas Day and probably most other days to make up for the losses they have caused investors but I have had a thought

Despite potential complete failure am sure Jon Good will snaffle his last $25,000 despite the writing being firmly on the wall

Seeing how shareholders need to be informed of a General Meeting and that takes 14 days to pull together. If you don’t hear anything from the company by the 4th January you can basically say they have failed to deliver anything despite taking millions from this company in the last 2 years. It’s put up time or they should all do the decent thing and pay their salaries to charity for utter failure

Thanks smcl have a Great Christmas yourself - whether we win or not ultimately it’s important for their to be consequences for what has unfolded here to the detriment of very good people who have trusted the Boards words

Seasons Greeting and Happy Christmas to those that celebrate it to all the hard working ordinary investors here and there are many who have financed Graham Lumsden, Jon Gold, Bruce Williams and Chris Wardhaugh presents or celebrations. The same goes to Peel Hunt and Walbrook who have trousered so much of the investors monies to play their staff and in term allowed them to enjoy their Christmas indirectly benefitting from investors by making the Boards words seem believable. To the ordinary hard working people here I hope you can enjoy it and be safe in the knowledge that this will be the last Christmas you have to endure as a shareholder in this company. There will be no salvation here for investors and I hope in the long run not for the Board either for their reputations

Anyone who genuinely believes the emails Walbrook send out saying ‘still actively’ looking for suitable RTO’s doesn’t understand the process. This is basically game over sadly on the Eve of Christmas Good bye The Grinch

D Day really here - most RTO’s take 30 days so basically we are at the end of the road with no fork in it and no Gold accept the one that has loaded his already large bank account with our cash

Am in Croatia right now. Loving the guy asking Walbrook and Kotif about Gold and Lumsdens salary and bonus. Right up my alley on Twitter. No chance they reply but good to see some activism finally

As I have said before better they are not prepared rather than they see what’s coming. That’s why I like to work alone o these things. Book almost there as I keep saying. Last chapter to be written soon

It’s impressive that not one person has anything good to say about this ramshackle company run by a bunch of men whom seem to have had their consciousness surgically removed - funny that but if I had been in charge of doing a review of the BOD as Corporate Governance says you should that’s my appraisal

Remind me again why Chris Wardhaugh got involved here? What expertise did Motif need seeing as nothing has transpired?

Remind me again why Peel Hunt got involved here as ‘strategic advisor’? For what deal?

One thing that Walbrook could do better is they have been very consistent with the phrase “no assurance” with regard to the RTO Shane they didn’t use if for the former CEO Graham Lumsden when referring to his WebCast or ProActive interviews - there can be no assurance they Mr Lumsdens comments such as no clinical trials or Lamellar news in months will be truthful for example

Gold just wants his last $25,000 for doing sweet FA and Graham his last couple of grand which ties in nicely to the last chapter of my book The last couple of Grand for Greedy Graham

Robblertwo has spoken to Walbrook who as expected said nothing. Of course we want to call a General Meeting and there will be no update from this shower before the end of the year...the Stock Exchange is only open for 4 hours tomorrow, 29th,30th full days and 4 hours on the 31st before reopening on the 4th Jan properly We need a prospectus, a vote and a RTO completed by 28th and does anyone expect these four musketeers (the Motif BOD) to do that given what they have served up to date? No chance

Agreed Chuffer - another who has put up a smokescreen to try to become invisible to the failings that have happened here Zero respect

Following Robblertwo escapades is enlightening. No surprise to me that Tom isn’t the guy at all.... Appears Walbrook is the perfect fit for the Motif shower... Clueless everyone

Others like Liam whom now put his company One Advisory in the secretary role at Motif trying to get away from the sinking ship and pretend they have had no involvement with this shower? We all know their names...

I see Robblertwo has called Walbrook and they say Tom is the guy to speak too? Anyone else had zero contact with a guy called Tom at Walbrook these past 2 years? Never heard from him myself - strange he would be now the go to for Motif.
