Anyone who has an investment here should when the stock market tripled in the 29th Dec send an email to Walbrook and Motif with the heading

“All bases covered” Graham Lumsden May 2019

You can then write whatever you own personal grievances are about the company but I would ask you to put in the email “we had to endure the no clinical trials comment so is the ALL BASES COVERED going to be a similar outcome?”

Email addressed are:

ir@motifbio.com
motifbio@walbrookpr.com

It’s time to get some answers from these people as a group

Get the LSE Board to email in on the 29th those who frequent that board

14 days to call a General Meeting

Calling on all Shareholders from the 29th December call and email Walbrook and Motif everyday and ask how they expect to get a RTO completed by the 28th!!!!

Had The BOD looked after investors interests correctly and done a review of themselves individually and collectively then the BOD would have been made up
Of the correct people at the start of 2020. Why was Lumsden a CEO of a cash shell looking for a RTO?

Zero experience

Shocking Corporate Governanace and costly for shareholders as they needed Chris Wardhaugh to come in last in the day. Appallingly looked after shareholders interests

Who else woke up this morning and thought despite the issues here, the lack of time to call a General Meeting, no sale of Iclaprim, no updates on any of the collaborations, if Term Sheets are still being negotiated or even existed after 12th October as the RNS was so opaque, still so happy in the knowledge because the former esteemed leader Graham Lumsden pronounced and promised that he - the ruler of all I survey -

HAS ALL BASES COVERED!!!!!

They were happy to RNS several times they were in discussions with several potential RTO candidates. Why therefore can’t they RNS to say it’s either still ongoing or stopped?

Can’t just have it one way Graham and Jon

May 5th 2002 Motif raise £650,000 with Lombard Odier and say they have several Covid companies wanting to do a RTO

One month later in June they announce Peel Hunt as Strategic Advisor. So a full month discussing the merits

Next few weeks Lombard sell all their holdings - some chunky numbers too

8 months later still no deal

Were the mates Peel Hunt brought in to plump the Turkey for Lombard to sell out?

Why bring in Peel Hunt if after a month of discussion you clearly see the value in the deal? No reason to bring them in otherwise.

Stinks

Why weren’t we asked at the Term Sheet stage of several companies who were interested in a RTO if WE WANTED TO TAKE THE DEAL?

These four amigos have virtually no shareholding here between them so it’s no loss if there is no deal but maybe we would have taken a deal to keep our investments alive?

Kind of sums up the character of these people who have betrayed the very people who have paid their salaries these past two years

I know I am working harder than the Bord this Christmas Day and probably most other days to make up for the losses they have caused investors but I have had a thought

Despite potential complete failure am sure Jon Good will snaffle his last $25,000 despite the writing being firmly on the wall

Seeing how shareholders need to be informed of a General Meeting and that takes 14 days to pull together. If you don’t hear anything from the company by the 4th January you can basically say they have failed to deliver anything despite taking millions from this company in the last 2 years.

It’s put up time or they should all do the decent thing and pay their salaries to charity for utter failure

Thanks smcl have a Great Christmas yourself - whether we win or not ultimately it’s important for their to be consequences for what has unfolded here to the detriment of very good people who have trusted the Boards words

Seasons Greeting and Happy Christmas to those that celebrate it to all the hard working ordinary investors here and there are many who have financed Graham Lumsden, Jon Gold, Bruce Williams and Chris Wardhaugh presents or celebrations.

The same goes to Peel Hunt and Walbrook who have trousered so much of the investors monies to play their staff and in term allowed them to enjoy their Christmas indirectly benefitting from investors by making the Boards words seem believable.

To the ordinary hard working people here I hope you can enjoy it and be safe in the knowledge that this will be the last Christmas you have to endure as a shareholder in this company.

There will be no salvation here for investors and I hope in the long run not for the Board either for their reputations

Anyone who genuinely believes the emails Walbrook send out saying ‘still actively’ looking for suitable RTO’s doesn’t understand the process. This is basically game over sadly on the Eve of Christmas

Good bye The Grinch

D Day really here - most RTO’s take 30 days so basically we are at the end of the road with no fork in it and no Gold accept the one that has loaded his already large bank account with our cash

Am in Croatia right now. Loving the guy asking Walbrook and Kotif about Gold and Lumsdens salary and bonus. Right up my alley on Twitter. No chance they reply but good to see some activism finally

As I have said before better they are not prepared rather than they see what’s coming.

That’s why I like to work alone o these things. Book almost there as I keep saying. Last chapter to be written soon

It’s impressive that not one person has anything good to say about this ramshackle company run by a bunch of men whom seem to have had their consciousness surgically removed - funny that but if I had been in charge of doing a review of the BOD as Corporate Governance says you should that’s my appraisal
