Jon Gold TROUSERING $25,000 a month but he can’t see fit to pay Walbrook? If you can’t get by not being paid Dear Jon why do you think Walbrook can???? Some of Lummy has seriously rubbed off on you. Chris Wardhaugh what are you still doing here???

Robblertwo on LSE states that Walbrook “HAVENT BEEN PAID ALL YEAR” Yet TWO of the Directors last year took home almost US $1.1 MILLION under STRICT COST CONTROLS This is a utter disgrace and should be investigated immediately

What does the company that approached Motif to get its Covid therapeutic to market? 100,000 new infections a day 2000 deaths? Something a little strange going on one thinks......

50,000 new cases 951 deaths You think a Covid therapeutic would be a good bet don’t you? Apparently not - very strange given they were so keen to launch it in May said Motif????

Anyone who thought Walbrook emailing and saying to Robblertwo and several others on LSE that nothing has changed etc was good news does not understand how this works- they are setting the groundwork there by telling everyone that Motif are still looking for a suitable RTO candidate. Pathetic from Walbrook as usual along with all the other usual suspects like Peel Hunt who are scavengers off the carcass par excellence

As I said Jon Gold in less than 24 hours will see the last $25,000 hit his account and then they will tell the shareholders they do their best but no dice. Couldn’t get a deal done with 30 Companies - several whom approached them in May - several which went to Term Sheet that was better than delisting - stunning but not surprising development with this shower

This is how a CEO should be: Dan Price CEO/Founder Gravity Payments As CEO I've taken $0 total pay since March. We've cut costs elsewhere (like travel) and used the savings to prioritize small raises and bonuses for all employees. I can't understand CEOs who have given themselves huge bonuses while laying people off. The only reason our business has been successful for 17 years is our employees. I will never lose sight of that

Lamellar getting involved here by name association killed that particular company - zero updates about their Covid progress after the hullabaloo of April and June - the Motif magic didn’t work surprisingly.....

I see many on LSE are starting to understand it’s all over - a new poster on LSE ‘grandad47R17; has tried to contact the Highway Men at Motif and Walbrook but not surprisingly for anyone who has followed this come for more than a week they have not got back to him - they are disgraceful bunch of despots

On the day England’s hospitals HAVE MORE PATIENTS THAN IN THE FIRST WAVE - the phantom Covid therapeutic that Graham and Jon mooted is still invisible - surprising really isn’t or was it more guff from our Graham?

Bad luck everyone - confirmation of no ability to sell the blockbuster drug Iclaprim and no deal done by this world class BOD will be forthcoming soon. More than likely on the 4th Jan when Gold has snaffled his last unearned $25,000 - hard to believe 30 companies were interested and not one was a better deal than being delisted Not enough time left to call the general meeting - off they will scurry to gorge themselves on another carcass but they will have to read all about there ‘success’; in my book

Don’t know about anyone else but looking around the world it would appear today would be a good day to try to get your Covid therapeutic treatment known or even better to market....of course there has to be one that Motif are negotiating with for that to happen right?

Amazing how sanguine investors are when their money has life for one more day in Motif Bio. No general meeting called tomorrow it’s the last couple of Grand for Graham day before the New Year is in.

NEVER FORGET THAT THESE BOARD DIRECTORS BURNT THROUGH US $450,000 from 1st January 2020 to April 14th 2020 3 and a half months only! ON WHAT EXACTLY? Strict cost controls were in place right you were told? NEVER FORGET THEIR ACTIONS WHICH CONTRADICT THEIR WORDS - NEVER BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY

One other small point to make it would appear that Tamarack Associates are no longer involved in selling the Iclaprim asset. Hercules are. Don’t think we have be advised of that if true and if so why hasn’t the website been changed to reflect this change. As I understand it when the ‘charge was satisfied’ Tamarack were no longer needed. Happy to be be proved wrong but that’s how I understand after some research on it today. If true just another failure to add to the list and money poorly spent

Jon Gold and his Leonard N Sterns Business School degree just wants the final $25,000 paid into his account on the 1st January and the the closed sign will come down. Remember these are the same people who would have run the company out of cash to pay themselves when it was their failure the company was on the precipice of collapse in April again after being there in September last year. They have paid themselves hundreds of thousands of pounds and achieved nothing of value restoration for shareholders. Scandalous situation

I make it Motif have 22 days left of business days available to them. As I understand it you need 21 days to call a General Meeting to vote on any potential RTO. In a nutshell it’s game over they just don’t want to admit it publicly - they have form for this and if I were anyone reading this. I would read back over my messages for the last 48 hours and start writing draft emails and calling Motif on the 28th Dec before the London Stock Market opens on the 29th. You have one day in my estimations to get an answer to the questions you have

Remember ALWAYS how these Directors looked after your interests on the 14th April this year “ Motif Bio's cash balance was approximately £0.25 million as at 14 April 2020 and with outstanding and expected near term obligations the Company currently has sufficient working capital into May 2020. ” £250,000 and it could only last till May!!! How’s the greed-o-meter!!! Couldn’t defer salaries until the RTO was done. The Board who are supposed to look after shareholders interests were happy to let a QUARTER of a MILLION POUNDS run out by continuing to pay themselves grotesque salaries rather than protect YOUR investment. Just over two weeks they were happy to give you. No surprise they don’t like Corporate Governance. NEVER FORGET HOW THEY HAVE TREATED YOU THROUGHOUT THIS TIME - ACT NOW AND GET ANSWERS
