Why haven’t Walbrook PR tweeted this RNs news like they do every other company if this is such big news?

Feels like they know something about how current shareholders will be treated is my guess and they want as little involvement as possible

Let’s see just how much these Directors look after shareholders best interests as they are supposed too with regard any potential dilution. I expect it to be grotesque and the shareholders who followed the Leader Lumsden to pay a heavy price if there even is a RTO

Where is this Covid Therapeutic that Motif said several companies wanted to launch? Anyone seen the Birmingham caee rates?

Birmingham's case rate is up 42% in 7 days

Cases rate now the highest on record - huge 3rd Wave underway

Strange that this therapeutic isn’t been rushed a bit harder out isn’t given the sad scenario out on the streets and in the hospital?

Something doesn’t make sense does it?

For those that are interested here is the PDF of the new patents for Iclaprim with Sandoz

hxxps://patentimages.storage.googleapis.com/c8/49/32/c337043ea6d147/WO2020161284A1.pdf

Clear work has been done on it this year especially around 3rd March 2020 (when Motif Bioscience still owned Iclaprim) when you read to the end but we are still mushrooms sadly despite allowing the Board a life of luxury while they failed to get Iclaprim approved and took grotesque salaries.

Last $25,000 popped into Dear Jon’s account and then the explanation of how a deal for shareholders best interests couldn’t be done with over 30 companies and several even progressing to Term Sheet stage.

Grotesque greed wins and Iclaprim with 2 new patents which could have value for shareholders never explained.

No Motif Bio - no contract on the Iclaprim asset needed to pay out on for Hercules. They keep the full amount - Motif Bio shareholders finally shredded to the carcass that Peel Hunt have been scavenging off for 5 years.

It’s just business right?

Imagine the last few days with Graham and Jon sending Happy Christmas and Happy New Year messages back and forth to each other.

Simply nothing for them to celebrate last year. They have completely hung investors out to dry yet continue to take money from the previous fund raise whilst apparently not paying Walbrook.

Imagine how much cash they would have left in the shell if they had deferred ALL their salaries until a RTO was done or we delisted how much longer the company could have stayed afloat for. How much more attractive the shell would have been and that would have been acting in shareholders best interest and good Corporate Governance to boot!!!

Instead we get Grotesque GREED

Jon Gold TROUSERING $25,000 a month but he can’t see fit to pay Walbrook?

If you can’t get by not being paid Dear Jon why do you think Walbrook can????

Some of Lummy has seriously rubbed off on you.

Chris Wardhaugh what are you still doing here???

Robblertwo on LSE states that Walbrook “HAVENT BEEN PAID ALL YEAR”

Yet TWO of the Directors last year took home almost US $1.1 MILLION under STRICT COST CONTROLS

This is a utter disgrace and should be investigated immediately

What does the company that approached Motif to get its Covid therapeutic to market?

100,000 new infections a day
2000 deaths?

Something a little strange going on one thinks......

scottdavid70
31/12/2020
04:48
50,000 new cases
951 deaths

You think a Covid therapeutic would be a good bet don’t you?

Apparently not - very strange given they were so keen to launch it in May said Motif????

Anyone who thought Walbrook emailing and saying to Robblertwo and several others on LSE that nothing has changed etc was good news does not understand how this works- they are setting the groundwork there by telling everyone that Motif are still looking for a suitable RTO candidate. Pathetic from Walbrook as usual along with all the other usual suspects like Peel Hunt who are scavengers off the carcass par excellence

As I said Jon Gold in less than 24 hours will see the last $25,000 hit his account and then they will tell the shareholders they do their best but no dice. Couldn’t get a deal done with 30
Companies - several whom approached them in May - several which went to Term Sheet that was better than delisting - stunning but not surprising development with this shower

This is how a CEO should be:

Dan Price CEO/Founder Gravity Payments

As CEO I've taken $0 total pay since March. We've cut costs elsewhere (like travel) and used the savings to prioritize small raises and bonuses for all employees.

I can't understand CEOs who have given themselves huge bonuses while laying people off. The only reason our business has been successful for 17 years is our employees. I will never lose sight of that
