Based on recent history at these levels good chance of a spike. Derisk when it does and leave some in over next 12 month incase approvel is granted for a garantueed multipe bagger. Thats my plan anyway. Only risk what you can afford.

The fact is, the BOD managed to get the placing away and raised £2.7 mill.
Ask yourself how and why?
The meeting with the FDA is to scope out a way to get this to market.
You cant blame the FDA for showing a certain amount of diligence.
The new and existing investors have imho been made aware of the massive upward
potential hence them stumping up £2.7 mill.
I am very comfortable with my investment here and so should you be, in the knowledge
e.bigger players than us minnows have skin in the game.

Northland Securities restated their buy rating on shares of MOTIF BIO PLC/S (NASDAQ:MTFB) in a research report sent to investors on Tuesday. They currently have a $5.00 price objective on the stock.

“We anticipate the Co. to provide guidance on iclaprim’s path forward in June. Key Points Motif Completes $3.55MM Raise: Pre-open, Motif announced that it has completed placement of 45MM ordinary shares priced at 6 pence, raising gross proceeds of £2.7MM (~$3.55MM USD) providing the Company with additional working capital. The offering, if translated into ADS equivalents, would approximate 2.5MM ADS shares at $1.58 per share. Through FDA Update: The net proceeds from the offering, combined with existing cash resources, and adjusted for repayment of $0.5MM to Hercules Capital, approximate $5- $5.5MM. We anticipate cash balances to be sufficient to fund operations beyond its receipt of minutes anticipated in early-June from the May 3rd Type A meeting with the FDA.”,” the firm’s analyst wrote.

#MTFB After factoring in the company’s cash position, potential cash from the exercise of outstanding warrants, and dividing by the fully diluted ADS share count of 18.6 million leads to a valuation of $28 per share.
