The meeting on 3rd May will obviously be pivotal. If it is just a labelling issue then that can be resolved. It the new data can be made available without new trials then we could easily see the share price back to 20p or more before approval. If new trials are required then we will see a dilution due to more funding. We can only wait and hope but there is considerable upside from here for the brave and any buying will see the share price rise because most of a mind to sell have already done so

To my mind there can only be one sensible decision and that is to hold on

Seems to be correct ... more cautious/wise investors that had not jumped ship before are now doing so IMO

I don't have any doubt in my mind that yesterday was a short squeeze. The price kept jumping as if people were working out how many short positions were left and whether it was worth taking the price up.

It was illogical that a company with a forced seller of shares, and needing to raise finance, would suddenly have a huge group of people or iis wanting to buy in the market when there are these extra shares being made available or about to be made available, in my mind.

It goes up to 15p yesterday, up over 200% at one point, and today it is 8.5p?

There will be a placing in the 8/9p range, hence the drop. The company have even announced that they will be Making a placing in the coming days.

I would not be surprised if the share price action yesterday was the result of AMC "arranging" for "manipulation", so that they can get top "dollar" for the remaining shares they are dumping.....?

Just read the rns fell, they never said NO. They said can’t accept in current form and indicated additional data required. This means these are just defficiencies as CEO pointed out..

@bocase ......a bit of both I think. Looking back just 4 months the share price was over 40p based on not much more than we have now, a possible new drug almost to the stage of being approved for sale. Personally it's a real 50/50 but I believe the downside is pretty limited to around 4/5p base on the market reaction last time. No doubt it will drift in the time between now and results of the meeting being available, but that's part of the fun!

I wonder if the rise yesterday of as much as 100% intraday could be just as a result of a scheduled meeting, or, whether it implies that there is good reason for more optimism such as a leak of discussions

Will we see a continued rise into the meeting I wonder after today’s inevitable profit taking

Cash needed soon, but FDA meeting is now sooner than anticipated. So likely enough to see them through to meeting and approval now. Can raise after at multiple of share price then.

I reckon they will try to get the placing away at 8/10p area. This is stronger in the states, is it dual listed does anyone know?

Nothing much happening this morning, telcap, and unlikely this will change for another 4-6 weeks, that's why it's quiet. Punters have other fish to fry.

I am delighted to have been proven wrong eigde007, just sold at over 13p and now waiting to rebuy at 8p next week, perhaps. Currently hoping that AMP may follow suit.
