#MTFB closed up 2.13 percent on Tuesday, April 9, 2019, on 50 percent of normal volume.

dlm: I think we are talking at cross purposes. I do not dispute what you say but in my previous post I was referring to Northland securities PRICE TARGET of $5 per share. That is what I am saying converts to 19p. ie the price target and not the share price now.

As you say $5 divided by 20 and divided by the exchange rate of 1.32 =19p

Some on this board were thinking that the $5 price target implied a UK price target of £3.78 without realising the 20:1 ratio


So we are in agreement but talking at cross purposes.

Sorry but you are wrong. There are 20 Motif Bio for each ADR. Divide the ADR price of $1.84 at that time by 20 gives you $0.092 and divide this by $/£ exchange rate of 1.32 gives 7p per Motif Share. The current ADR price is $2.08 which equates to a price of 7.9p per Motif share

Should go back at least to 20p. Only a blip about liver data requires. Cant see this is a big issue.

Current US price $2, so factor UK price by 5/2, UK price = 7.14 x 5/2 = 17.85p, which would be OK, but still way below 40p pre-NDA review.

I hate to pour cold water on your enthusiasm, but $5 for the shares traded on NASDAQ is the equivalent of about 18p for those on the LSE.
