12/2/2019 13:44 | This website is where announcements are made: The working day has started for most of US but there are no announcements yet for the 12th. As and when there are, that would be the time when we can expect an announcement tomorrow. | longshanks
12/2/2019 13:40 | These tombstones have came and went for years here. It's just DMA manipulation. It will be gone on approval | drmaccers
12/2/2019 13:29 | New to all this any ideas what time the FDA will make their announcement? | robbie140980
12/2/2019 13:25 | there's now a 500k and 50k sell order at 41p | mirabeau
12/2/2019 13:24 | The 500k sell order's just been moved to 41p. I wonder why? I'm not holding here as I can't take a loss if approval withheld. I want to hold but I haven't got the balls | mirabeau
12/2/2019 13:14 | It's a tight ship! | pyglet
12/2/2019 13:13 | tomorrow is D Day. Good luck everyone who holds in hope. 20p or £2 on the way. Let's hope for the latter! | craffert
11/2/2019 18:41 | Well said Ianb and I agree on the usual drop before good news. I would rather see that than a huge climb beforehand. Eyes on the prize as you say. | l4z4rus
11/2/2019 18:31 | The fact so many lies are being spread on motif just underlines how sought after these shares will become after approval of Iclaprim Always a drop before a big rise and i expect that to be the case here. The twitter poster suggesting a placing needs outing, MTFB had 19 mil in June plus a 5 mil loan facility. On max admin spend likely to be 15mil and 5 mil now. They certainly dont need cash at this stage. Its anticipated a page pharma will become US partner to fund commercial sales of drug. Ignore trolls, keep eyes focussed on the annual market size for Iclaprim in ABSSSI at $2.8bil and a further annual $1.7bil for HABP once devoloped, then expect cystic fibrosis and others. | ianb5004
11/2/2019 16:44 | Someone has grabbed a load of cheap shares it would appear,it is so refreshing to have such a non corrupted market lol lol | kaffco
11/2/2019 15:27 | About a year ago IQE had a placing at 140p and it was over-subscribed and the shares rocketed to 180p. A bit of publicity, albeit dilutive, is not always a bad thing. Edit: I would add that at this stage there I could not see any chance whatsoever of a placing. Utter rubbish, I am sure. | bocase
11/2/2019 14:55 | PS the NDA application is waiver free so don’t even need to pay the FDA the $2m on Wednesday,They had no AdComm saving another $1.25m | ivyspivey
11/2/2019 14:53 | Longshanks, MTFB have plenty of cash. They have postponed HABP and have not recruited any staff to commercialise in their own. They have not submitted to EMA and why would they raise cash at this level when they are confident of Approval and can raise post decision. All the institutions would need to be on board. When I have spoken to GL in past I know exactly he likes to have the funding options sorted well in advance. He will not be doing it st this stage. IMM is totally different.First it had risen to very high levels and it failed phase 3 so I can understand a rampy CEO wanting to secure funding when risk of failure was quite high. GL is cautious and considered,MTFB are confident of success and have plenty of money so they imo will not need money until post Approval at the earliest. However we will know what US Commercialisation pathway is and where the money is likely to come from | ivyspivey
11/2/2019 14:38 | If there was a placing coming there would be five times as many shares on offer on the ask than the bid - if anything this is a stop raid IMO | kaffco
11/2/2019 14:35 | Clearly the de rampers all put in force today .Most here have been invested for years and know the dangers .They also know that chance of success is high so you will have to try harder guys to part them from there shares | toolsmoker
11/2/2019 14:34 | A lot of very dodgy posting gone on here. | drmaccers
11/2/2019 14:29 | If I remember correctly IMM crashed some 90% after phase 3 failure - Would be a total wipeout here. | pugugly
11/2/2019 14:28 | Imm never raised 2 days before .there is no chance they will raise now | toolsmoker
11/2/2019 14:17 | Ivy - same reason that IMM raised before top line results from their phase 3 study... Raising cash when you can mitigates against the effects of negative results that make raising cash that much more difficult. | longshanks
11/2/2019 14:17 | They would only do such a discount placing ahead of such a key event if there was some bad news coming. For that reason i think its rubbish and a load of bull! | kaffco
11/2/2019 14:16 | I think DR.Maccers has called it right. Bot trading timed to be at lunchtime when the order books are thin and maximum movement can be obtained by limited selling. Now buying back in and no doubt making a nice return. | bocase |
