Last placing was at 31p and the one before at 30p. The likelihood of the next being at 30p is remote given how much further the cart has travelled.

They might have chosen to raise more cash to mitigate against failing to win FDA approval but given how imminent that decision is, it is extremely dubious they could get a placing away.

Agree Doc.
It is only Petch who was ultra negative for weeks then changed to being totally positive for 3 days a week ago and then another 180 degree turn back to his bearish best.
Can’t think of anyone else who is not very positive and yes a few ask pertinent questions which is great.
Mind you Petch is responsible for half the posts lol

Morning.If the market had been allowed( without the involvement of the ongoing DMA action and the plethora of ATs) to value progress of MTFB I would agree but the constant attempts to prevent any rise on good news here means imo the Approval is not priced in.
Not disputing the real value will come with labelling detail and ultimately the US commercial pathway but everyone needs to understand what a milestone achievement it will be for a Company like MTFB to get this far in less than 5 years.
One further point it will be an FDA decision so is their timeline to set so do not expect to here from MTFB in advance.
I can guarantee that if no announcement is made on 13th here during trading hours all the Jeremiah’s will be out in force saying bad news.
It will simply mean no news as there will be no leaks and PDUFA date is 13th February so could come say 1230 EST which means not here until after hours here.
Not expecting this but please do not pay any attention to anyone claiming they know the decision good or bad before any official announcement.
There is total lockdown ATM

My only concern is that the market may have already factored in a 95% chance of FDA approval ( up from 25p to 42p) so the eventual awarding of it may prove to be a damp squib. Any comments, guys and gals?

Unlike IQE we are both long here, best of luck (it is my understanding the USA is expected to approve the drug - but until the results comes out you can never be absolutely sure).
