24/10/2023 10:16 | jl - I think any positive slant was aired by the directors in their summary. So in essence this is balance drawing on what they did not highlight. It's a fancy set of accounts - lots of imploring pictures of kids...talking about top line sales growth and how it could be working capital light. If it had 50 years of history behind the brand doing the franchise thing , maybe , but its got a huge debt pile and pension scheme to fund and massive rising interest cost. I think any saleable, profitable business (if there is one) is going to be owned by the debt holders before long. | fenners66
23/10/2023 16:09 | Good post fenners66 - Fortunately removed myself some time ago from the shareholders list. | clocktower
23/10/2023 11:33 | Sorry if you can't be bothered to read that long post - I guess you could not be bothered to read the accounts either so at least it saves time there.... Upshot - still not changed my view , this is being run for the benefit of directors , employees and debt holders. The current shareholders are irrelevant. The placing back in 2014 is mentioned at the end of the accounts and those that bought would be down about 97% just shows not relevant... Its a penny share , they go up and down - great for gamblers , red or black , but its not an investment at the present time I would touch. | fenners66

18/10/2023 14:23 | Applied1, Lets see them complete the transition following the shock of the Russian withdrawal and the strategic actions they have outlined to the market. The share price will then look after itself. I expect some corporate action to be sooner rather later. How about you? jl | jimmyloser
