30/6/2023 16:49 | If that's a buy, then someone just splashed out 225k ,could be news soon .!! | applied1
30/6/2023 16:43 | At 6 p it looks a buy to me. I paid 5.65p for 53k on Wednesday!GLA | jimmyloser
30/6/2023 16:30 | What is that 3.75 million ,buy or sell ? | applied1
28/6/2023 17:37 | Good Luck jimmyloser - So many MM keep the spread much wider than one can buy at. Example: However, if you take a look at the trades on EVG, you would see a 60k trade at 3.19p which was the price being offered (it shows as a sell on ADVFN) although the spread was 3 -3.4 - then one could buy at around 3.22 after that 60k but you will see a string of small fast auto trades later at full ask, so it seems that the MM profit from doing this on lots of lower volume auto traded stocks now days. | clocktower
28/6/2023 14:39 | jimmy puts his money where his mouth is, just bought at 5.65p Why show 6.50p buy price?? | jimmyloser
22/6/2023 13:34 | We actually up !!! | applied1
19/6/2023 13:11 | if you look back to me previous posts you can tell what camp I sit in....however I do hope that have a large 'breakthrough' on both he debt and new markets. Strangely I think the debt might be the easer of the 2 problem's to solve This is all my own personal opinion, please don't invest/gamble on any of my opinions | pgh3
19/6/2023 12:30 | Thanks pgh3,oh and there a small buy | applied1
19/6/2023 12:14 | Tbh applied - if the BoD weren't doing this they would be negligent of their duties as directors. The re-financing of the debt would also be top of the agenda for the BoD. I would expect looking for new territories or avenues to market is a constant ongoing process. | pgh3
19/6/2023 11:57 | Do you think behind the scenes, they are negotiating the debts and looking for new territories? | applied1
19/6/2023 11:47 | Agreed gepetto100 The sooner they provide information how they/are tackling the debt and loans to bring down the interest being paid which in itself is holding the business back, as it stands the company is really working for the loan providers and the pension trustees, not the shareholders. | clocktower
15/6/2023 09:19 | Clock - in part I agree, mainly because it looks like the odds are stacked for all the monetary reasons you suggest. However, one saving grace maybe it's Middle East market where little of those monetary problems exist - I think in the these times that may be the route way forward | gepetto100
14/6/2023 21:52 | Bit drunk now pepes ,we been staggering 5pish now ,some one please give honest views ,thanks . | applied1
10/6/2023 13:44 | Clock are we saying they are bust and game over ? | applied1
09/6/2023 19:53 | I doubt that because of the pension situation applied1 How they are going to resolve a situation during a period of higher interest rates and lack of investment willing to put up funds for retail and many other sectors is a mystery. I am sure they have been trying to sort this for sometime and clearly have had no success, and that is what is very worrisome. The days of cheap money are now long gone. Inflation, rising costs, squeezed pockets, it cannot get much worse bar war. | clocktower
09/6/2023 19:39 | Still don't get it ,the new CEO buys then leaves ,someone explain it ,are we going to bought out at 2p like BUMP".. | applied1
09/6/2023 15:51 | Good discussion today but with his departure and the facts they presented with the last accounts about the interest rates they were paying I became negative, seeing they did not sort it within a very short time having announced the situation was worrying and todays news more so as the debt and reduction in interest rates are at the top of the list not replacing the CEO right now. | clocktower
09/6/2023 15:09 | Well I meant from the start , maybe I should have added some extra words , that they have ended up relegated now. As for MTC the share price is back to almost the all time low. The business might be doing better than a couple of years ago - but its for the benefit of debt holders now. So how does that get fixed ? Another large equity raise - diluting current shareholders further and then getting rid of debt cost. But that will suit the workforce / directors not current shareholders who get stuffed. | fenners66
09/6/2023 14:30 | Fenners, a lot happens in ten years, you’re moving the goalposts lol. Anyway, enough of that, if MTC were in decline for ten years or more, they’ve now turned it around in the last three. They are clearly in a much better position now. I think we really need to appreciate how well they have done considering the whole world has been clobbered with recent global events. It can only get better. Just the way I see it. | cash2020
09/6/2023 13:58 | cash - read the words I never said when they were relegated I said they still ended up relegated as in they have been in decline and have gone - very much an analogy for MTC | fenners66
09/6/2023 13:37 | I remember back in 2014 when these shares fell from around the 500p level to c. 250p and I thought that's an opportunity. Now 5p. UK retail is the absolute pits | dealy
09/6/2023 11:26 | Sorry fenners, you were referring to Leicester being relegated during the season that ranieri was sacked. Leicester were not relegated back then. I was just correcting you. I don’t disagree with you that the board have kicked him out, as I’ve already previously said he was probably useless. He was probably happy to sit on his ar*e taking his fat salary and doing sweet FA for it. Wiley has done well over the last few years if you ask me, I’m happy to have him at the helm. | cash2020 |
