Sorry cash - I was not looking as I typed, as I meant "bookkeeping".

So M&G Plc have reduced from 12.63% to 11.39% but someone is happy to pay 6p for everything being tossed at them, so we might have a potential buyer for the company, as the toys on the table are being rearranged.

DYOR.

I can only assume they are buys as the share price is ticking up. But I don’t understand how 7,250,000 bought in the last 24 hrs has had minimal affect.

Well also if they have renegotiated the debt (which in everyone's interest) and the company is making money ,then this could be the real turning point .

You may well be right applied. Clive Whiley’s purchase of over 900k shares back in January was a late trade on a Friday afternoon. The RNS was then released on the following Monday morning. Could be the same pattern.

What sort of jump in share price could we expect on 3,750,000 shares?

Good Luck jimmyloser - So many MM keep the spread much wider than one can buy at.

Example:
However, if you take a look at the trades on EVG, you would see a 60k trade at 3.19p which was the price being offered (it shows as a sell on ADVFN) although the spread was 3 -3.4 - then one could buy at around 3.22 after that 60k but you will see a string of small fast auto trades later at full ask, so it seems that the MM profit from doing this on lots of lower volume auto traded stocks now days.

if you look back to me previous posts you can tell what camp I sit in....however I do hope that have a large 'breakthrough' on both he debt and new markets.

Strangely I think the debt might be the easer of the 2 problem's to solve

This is all my own personal opinion, please don't invest/gamble on any of my opinions

Tbh applied - if the BoD weren't doing this they would be negligent of their duties as directors.

The re-financing of the debt would also be top of the agenda for the BoD.

I would expect looking for new territories or avenues to market is a constant ongoing process.

Do you think behind the scenes, they are negotiating the debts and looking for new territories?

Agreed gepetto100

The sooner they provide information how they/are tackling the debt and loans to bring down the interest being paid which in itself is holding the business back, as it stands the company is really working for the loan providers and the pension trustees, not the shareholders.

Clock - in part I agree, mainly because it looks like the odds are stacked for all the monetary reasons you suggest. However, one saving grace maybe it's Middle East market where little of those monetary problems exist - I think in the these times that may be the route way forward
