13/1/2023 08:27 | Somebody bought 1.6 million shares | robizm

13/1/2023 08:10 | Looks like it is going down | robizm
13/1/2023 08:05 | Hard bounce today, topped my holding up | the codger
13/1/2023 07:45 | The market cap is tiny and they would never recover what they invested. It shows the directors true colours as they don’t care about small shareholders. They should have more proactive re complaints and sorted a Scheme ages ago which would have saved them £30 million | robizm
13/1/2023 07:42 | Let the dead cat bounce hard now. Money to be made here | kirk 6
13/1/2023 07:42 | The SOA has not been approved. Largest shareholder will take this private or buy from receiver. | robizm
13/1/2023 07:38 | Well , its not as if anyone reading this board was not warned months ago.... We said it could not afford the SOA Company has spelled it out , they are screwed | fenners66
13/1/2023 07:30 | Hilarious that those “in the know” who voted to delist, have dumped their entire holding at the very first opportunity when they were no longer party to the inside information. Makes ya wonder huh. | terminator101
13/1/2023 00:12 | BOD intention no good! Don't understand why they have to delisted & go to private?? unnecessarily | blackhorse23
12/1/2023 20:15 | Christ, some of the language being used is just horrendous. If this is my competition in the FTSE indices, I’m upping my return expectations. I’m a buyer of this. It’s very high risk but the reward is worth it. There’s £15m of potential NAV and a massively out of the money call option on going concern value. My fourth de-listing investment in four months. Picked up over 1% of the equity or 1.3m shares and will be voting for a de-list. Good luck to everyone sticking around. Please, let’s keep these threads respectful…?!? You don’t even have to be nice. Merely respectful. Thank you. | catabrit
12/1/2023 18:28 | A waste of breath is trying to talk sense to you. Seek help with your mental health. Having disagreements with strangers using at least 50 different aliases shows you have a serious problem. I won’t waste any more time responding. | robizm
12/1/2023 15:04 | Chief vigilante is so stupid as he does not realise poly is still trading and it is the highest it has been for a while. You better get outside Tesco to start begging before someone steals your spot. The library is closing soon so no more free internet for the biggest loser on Advfn | robizm
12/1/2023 14:50 | Maybe they get a sweetner... | diku
12/1/2023 14:43 | Sound like a takeover on the cheap by the largest shareholder. The directors holding is worth less than £5000 but it cost them more. | robizm
12/1/2023 14:27 | This is a very prudent move by the board and definitely in the shareholder's interests. They have made it clear that the horizon is 3-5 years. I'm convinced they have the scheme funding in place, and I don't think they will 'screw' the existing shareholders beyond what is a necessary dilution to get the scheme passed. Their fundamental business is still there and could be even more flexible and profitable as a private company. I might pick a chunk before delisting and take a long-term view. | helicopterflyer
12/1/2023 14:05 | Could buy 10 percent of the company for 60k. Any9ne with big balls could do very well or just loose 60k | sbb1x |
