Blackhorse is an idiot. More buys than sells (I know it is never right but someone is buying). The circular should say more why they are going private. Balance sheet has a lot of assets (if you ignore complaints) and market cap is £500k so if they could stop complaints and start making money before a raise (they are still lending as well).

Maybe Blackhorse was just trying to talk it up while trying to unload any holding he may have been holding.

Anyway it’s curtains and anyone holding might be feeling a little like the poor punters that needed to borrow from this company but the trouble is the directors will carry on drawing their salaries and perks no doubt.

So the latest RNS says cancelling the listing to survive , shareholders absolutely screwed , no funds to settle the claims.....

Going back to the original announcement of trying to fund a scheme I remember taking a look at the balance sheet and saying they did not have the funds to do it....

Now they are saying they are totally screwed .... no surprise there then.
