21/12/2022 02:44 | Guys. This company would hve survived until the ramper Blackhorse pumped it. His touch is the death to any share. Only have to look at curys. Get out why you can. The curse of Blackhorse is upon thee. | ste2000
19/12/2022 17:16 | I'm in profit already | the codger
19/12/2022 15:10 | The facts are straightforward. Funders are still bearing with the company to await the outcome of the SOA. Had they not done so, they would have recalled the loans and appointed administrators long ago. The company should find someone to underwrite an approved SOA as the terms will be known, so the risk is low. The dilution has always been expected, and shareholders will support a restructured business, especially in 2 years when there will be much higher earnings and profitability visibility. The FCA is an issue, but they have no interest in opening up the high-interest credit market to unscrupulous thugs. The fallout from that will be much worse for them than Morses' failure to check the borrower's ability to repay. When someone is killed or commits suicide by gangsters threatening them, they'll have much more to worry about. | helicopterflyer

19/12/2022 11:21 | So investors are expected to pump cash into MCL to repay borrowers for their missold loans while the funders face no risk, syphon off remaining cash, and can if they wish exit at no risk…. and this is all going to get FCA approval for a far smaller pay out pot by blackmailing them if we don’t get approval we will place the company into administration… | paul planet earth
19/12/2022 11:20 | Delusional! SpArmada Price: 1.255 No Opinion RE: SoA progressToday 11:09 Contrary to Amigo, the share price has not risen in the previous weeks and the 19:1 dilution wasn't accounted before the announcement. IMO Morses' share price already prices in the dilution, and if the SoA is approved, the company will be able to raise equity in 2024 at a price much higher than 1p. | paul planet earth
19/12/2022 11:04 | Heading back down so much for that £10k buy heading to sub 1p..Forfaiter great name for a suitable MCL gambler only down 97.8% ytd! | paul planet earth
19/12/2022 09:37 | neil777 Price: 1.20 No Opinion RE: Major short squeeze potentialToday 09:27 At 1p possibly as a gamble trade BUT read the last RNS from last week and you will see share holders will be basically wiped out come new year if the company can survive past March. | paul planet earth
19/12/2022 09:13 | Someone disagrees.....a buy of 850k gone through at 1.27 | forfaiter1

15/12/2022 17:59 | Still far from over with the news that the lenders have extended to Feb 23 and maintained deferred lending covenants. They must believe the SOA has a chance and that the business can continue profitably. After all, they are inside information we don’t have. | helicopterflyer
15/12/2022 16:07 | The FCA will let mcl go ahead with their restructuring imo.... as some recourse for the claimants is better than nothing at all if MCL go under .........Mcl has had a market cap of over £150m when profitable in the past even with a share dilution of 95% that gives a potential 5 bagger from these levels if they survive and prosper in a growing market with less competition.... | forfaiter1
15/12/2022 16:04 | Suspend immediately. | the codger |
