14/12/2022 07:39 | It is surprising that the company is still listed. Surely it shares should have been suspended long ago, rather than allow the bones to be traded and money to be made by ruthless ramping but then the exchange is like the Wild West in the 1800’s. | clocktower
14/12/2022 05:30 | Crypto never sleeps?? the bear does. Are you being depressed ? over the downfall of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency and stocks too? Don't be! Just DM?? Mrs Susan Peterson for a whooping strategies? to bounce up to profit ? on Face?book at Susan Forex Peterson | gorge_lincon
14/12/2022 03:46 | I'm keeping my holding obviously long-term now and hopefully with luck and a fair wind this should come good. | the codger
13/12/2022 21:54 | Helicopterflyer is that Moses Mosses or even Morses Club ? that has not actually contacted every customer between 2014-22 ? | fenners66
13/12/2022 21:44 | The rights doesn’t fund an unapproved scheme it kicks in only in June 24 subject to the SOA was my understanding. By which time we have some idea of the future of the business. | helicopterflyer
13/12/2022 18:41 | Stinks to high heaven massive rights issue 19 to 1 that’s a 80% share price dilution with investors expected to fund an unapproved scheme..And that’s assuming investors have the stomach for it otherwise straight into administration come January. Meanwhile the funders syphon off the remaining cash through the back door to minimise their exposure and quietly exit, all risk pilled on current investors with what remaining shareholder value being destroyed. This is an utter basket case of a firm that learnt nothing from the Wonga or Amigo scandals charging nigh on 500% interest to in the main low income benefit borrowers living on the edge so to speak. One for the bin, no prospects, no future, end of! | paul planet earth
13/12/2022 17:52 | It is very impressive that today all borrowers between April 2014 and August 2022 were contacted by Moses and given a letter encouraging them to claim the entire PSL together. Mosses are trying very hard to get this deal done. If they had wanted to screw the shareholders, they would have done so long ago. They didn’t realise their lending practices were an issue until the FCA moved the goalposts. | helicopterflyer
13/12/2022 17:36 | If a share placement goes ahead at this level with 19 shares issued for every one share the market cap of the resultant financed company would be around £32m.....a lot of ifs before that happens but looking cheap if it does survive..... | forfaiter1
13/12/2022 15:04 | The shares were finished at the point of the April RNS. From this point, all we had was a moonshot. | helicopterflyer
13/12/2022 14:58 | Call me cynical but when was the trouble with claims raised as a major RNS ? "MORSES CLUB SCHEME LIMITED 14066120 - Incorporated on 25 April 2022 Building 1 The Phoenix Centre, Colliers Way, Nottingham, United Kingdom, NG8 6AT" | fenners66
13/12/2022 14:49 | Yes, I invested earlier but was still expecting a higher probability of a zero return than any upside, thinking that the entry wasn’t that important given the upside if things worked out. Not much has changed in my thinking. The current proposals are far better than I expected, with the caveat that they are subject to approval, a big íf´. | helicopterflyer
13/12/2022 14:17 | FCA aren’t going to fall for this bull sh@t cover up story trying to dump the loan repayment funding onto investors while the funders syphon off the remaining cash through the back door leaving investors holding the baby! | paul planet earth
13/12/2022 14:16 | Yes the lenders will get paid first and share holders get nothing. These were 66p a share at the start of the year. | robizm
13/12/2022 14:16 | Helicopter you raised the "issues" since you started posting about dilution and funds etc. But you believed the market had the balance of risk about right early September when the share price was almost 6p Clearly, now, that was not the case - but did you buy some then ? Meaning you have to blindly support now or else lose potentially the lot ? | fenners66
13/12/2022 14:14 | 19 to 1 and rising fast so I heard… 95% dilution if not higher! | paul planet earth
13/12/2022 14:12 | How many B shares to raise to finance arrangement ? | 1choip
13/12/2022 14:11 | ROBIZM - I used the term loosely - debt holders if you want... There are 11 outstanding charges lodged so expect everything to be tied up as preferential creditors - I don't know - but I suspect any claims from customers fall into the unsecured category | fenners66
13/12/2022 14:06 | Sub 1p this week and then administration for this pile of sh@t! | paul planet earth
13/12/2022 14:02 | Deluded fool!! Blackhorse23 - 13 Dec 2022 - 12:29:31 - 2395 of 2398 EXCELLENT: H1 forecasted on 2nd December this year dividend payment 33m & share buy back 40m , free cash flow 98m so no debt again into 22-23, hardly any company could effort dividend now a days . share price will be hiking from results day | paul planet earth
13/12/2022 13:58 | Oh dear! The codger24 Nov '22 - 20:17 - 246 of 266 So sub 1p today was obviously not on the cards better luck next time The codger25 Nov '22 - 06:55 - 247 of 266 How's that sub 1p doing? Something positive is happening | paul planet earth
13/12/2022 13:55 | Without an SOA the lenders return will be zero. Their only realistic exit is a successful SOA followed by a return to profitability. They are not likely to be refinanced until after the SOA. | helicopterflyer |
