A bit miffed we shareholders are excluding from the 11p giveaway. Assuming this funding de-risks us, one assumes we are now in a position to chase contracts and fortify our intellectual property? Hopefully the Chinese project won't mean every man and his dog in China can knock-off our processes??

Yes but the BOD should not have allowed the share price to race up over 30p while arranging this raise at 11p!!!
