Price was 4.7 in June. Placing at 11. So guess some were spiked and angry... Buy still double the price in lass than 12 months.

A real classic pump and place - First release some good news then more contract news and possible BB encouragement then a significantly discounted placing - Seen it happen far too often. Sorry for all that got caught and well done those who rode the wave and got off in time.

Its a horrible situation.
Dastardly.
When shareholders (PI's) don’t get an opportunity to partake it is in my opinion giving them the big royal finger salute.

Now, I know this is off topic, but IMO it becomes important to establish and position yourself to make back any losses and or reclaim lost profit.
Look at ASH (Ashley House)

We need to find stocks that have proven their worth and established themselves over a period of time.
25 years is certainly good enough.
You must choose a stock where Directors are fully aligned with shareholders.
Ashley House Directors are more than aligned in that they hold stock at vast multiples of today’s share price
You need a stock which shows real growth potential.
Social care housing, Modular Buildings are MASSIVE growth sectors.
With ASH (Ashley House) targeting Minimum £$ Million Profit for just the 76% holding they have in F1 Modular, yet with a market cap of just over £4 Million TOTAL, it is screaming out loud, that it will undergo a rerating.
I suspect many 100% increases. More than enough to reclaim losses here.
DYOR etc, but now is not the time to be bitter, but to brush yourself down and look elsewhere. Luckily many folk have done the hard work on researching ASH and its made easy now for newcomers to effectively just read the RNS's etc.

Sold out my orig investment at peak luckily, kept profit in shares so happy to wait and see. Around 12p these seem a steal for anyone wanting to buy in.

The 11p placing is for institutions and BOD, imho don't think it will go as low as 11p their are plenty investors wanting to get onboard, just feel sorry for those paying 38p about 7-10 days ago

Company will be in a stronger position after this so they will have to prove they can build and do deals.

Market hasn't changed just co has a bit more cash.

Huge discount on the closing price, I expect the price to drop below 11 and unless we have some contract news in the near term this will definitely drift a lot lower than .10p

Just re-read the Rns - nothing really there just well dressed, don't think I'll be buying anymore.
