12th April.........confirms some suspicions in relation to the membrane side........sector and region diversity too........

"With increased commercial demand for the company’s technologies, Modern Water has identified an opportunity to recruit a Process Engineer or Senior Process Engineer to work within the expanding Membrane Processes Division. Modern Water has entered into a number of agreements to deploy its technologies in different sectors and regions. The working model is for Modern Water to provide the process design definition and deliverables to EPC partners acting as technology licensees."

Heavy overconsumption, coupled with poor rainfall, have ravaged its water resources and devastated its agricultural output. Similarly, the United Arab Emirates is now investing in desalination plants and waste water treatment units because it lacks fresh water. Patents registered, various. Took some time to look in the past and there was real value there.

End 2016.

89 in Membrane - solvent removal, improved solvent removal, secondary oil recovery, osmotic energy, separation process, evaporative cooling, cooling tower improvements, thermal desalination.

Monitoring, 13 granted patents
Others in wastewater.
107 total granted, 22 pending.

With a company like MWG ask yourself, how much is the IP worth?
The IP is the secret sauce and it is worth the current market cap alone.

This has not been a speculation for me as I have involvement in various IP core based businesses of which this is just one & I place high value on hard to replicate IP.

I consider this an investment. Long term, be prepared to back it as needed.

By the time is is cashflow positive it will be much higher imho as it will have a strong IP moat, product, routes to market and service revenue too.

Don't take part if in doubt.

New confirmed TP of 12.7 on this evenings eod close.

I had expected historical resistance at 10p, but the share price sailed through.

Added during mid afternoon dip.

A price recovery was always going to happen once there was evidence of improving fundamentals. The historic price range says it all about where we could be heading.

Looking at the chart its interesting to see how rapidly in 2009 the share price rose from below 30p to around 87p, a rise of around 58p. A similar rise now from where it was a few weeks ago would take it back around 64p, which it also touched in 2011 and 2013, since when there has been further commercial progress.

WH Ireland it's broker is forecasting at loss of £1.9m for the current year and £0.6m for 2018. A cash call will be needed. If it goes 11p bid will short, as its overtaken reality

Its the improving fundamentals and market potential that will provide recovery. Graphene is a bonus and was not on the books when the share price was previously much higher.

It has gone from 6.5p to 10.5p in 61% 5 days!!! On the back of what? Have the fundamentals of the business changed that much since its prelims 15 March? Just because graphene has been in the press recently, doesn't change anything. Good luck, but when the punters get bored and move on and take profit it will be back down to 6p again.

Something is afoot.Put a dummy sell in at market best and the quote was much better than I expected given the spread.

It was for a fair few shares. Someone wants this.

Jailbird, I know something of their market and capabilities. Don't look in the rear view mirror as you will miss the fact that they now have markets and products and routes to market with those products.

The cash burn has been to get to this point else they would still have the cash but zero improved prospects. The prospects are now very promising and strong.

For all we know there might be big news due??

These were 30p in early 2014Made £3.8M revenues.. same jam talk in their results then too.However they had £10M cash in the bank from fund raising So the mkt cap/share price was pinned by their cash holdings Not in the same position today and revenues seem to have fallen since 2014 too.A bit of hot air me thinks
