To be fair there are plenty of dodgy UK based companies out there as well. Anybody long in the tooth knows the score with AIM listed companies.

yes - but over the years me following - the smell of this share is really bad. it reminds me of the chinese companies like gng, solo etc ....

all superb ... valuation made little sense until at the end it suddenly did. i am invested at 10 p but not adding more despite its supposed charms.

specially the last episode with the hype was a reminder and confirmation of my alert, many shares were unloaded to people like myself. trusting ones

It feels like a floor here at 6p has been formed, and looks set for a ride back upwards. Small nibble at these levels for me.

I don’t think they will, but I think that’s all that will be on offer. I wait to be proved right or wrong but this deal didn’t sound right to me from the get go.

Should add, hope I’m wrong for those invested as there is a fair few pretty decent contributors that post on here that seem to have holdings.

I don’t think they were ever going to pay, only way the takeover goes through is if MBO accept shares in the SPAC rather than actual money.

True, a few months to wait here to conclusion but as you say TETE is a SPAC that is funded and with its target (Super Apps) lined up and shareholders have voted to approve the transaction.


Following the closing of the IPO on January 20, 2022, an amount of $116,725,000 ($10.15 per unit) from the net proceeds of the sale of the units in the IPO

We are now in the "Combination Period” where TETE can extend the period 'up to six (6) times for an additional one (1) month each time, from January 20, 2023 to July 20, 2023'.

It suggests that a deal will be completed by that point. In the meantime, happy to sit and wait. MBO is a profitable company with net cash and very high revenues, albeit with low margins.

Happy to watch, wait and perhaps accumulate.
