TETE shares have been steadily rising since listing on the Nasdaq. Last couple of days has seen them in demand over there so, looks like the Nasdaq believes the deal will get the nod

This is quite a CV for our Non-Exec (appointed 30.4.21) .. handy to have her skillset & personal network on board for this TETE deal, is it not?

At the time of appointment:

Dato' Hussian A. Rahman, CEO, commented: "We welcome Azlinda to the Board of MobilityOne as a non-executive director. Her significant experience as a capital markets lawyer acting for Asian clients and her existing knowledge of the MobilityOne business will be beneficial as we grow the business in Malaysia and beyond."

The part in bold intrigued me at the time and continues to do so.

Also divulged at time of appointment was this: "In addition to her role at Withersworldwide she spends time working at Dricopax Capital, a family office based in the UK where she is the majority shareholder."

Still another 2p to go to get back to where we were before the delay was announced. Also confident that the vote will pass - taking it a step further, they were able to organise this EGM within 4 weeks for the extension. Once that is passed, we can expect the merger vote pretty soon afterwards. And if you can trust the wording on the FCA application RNS, it was only Christmas absences that stopped progress for Q4. So this should be early Q1, with luck.
