How many RNS’s about deals not expected to add anything in the foreseeable future have been announced over the years? Does anything ever come of any of them?

Last time they voted on this, IPO shareholders chose to pull $70m+ out by redeeming shares. Those remaining have that same right this time. Gotta wonder where the money is coming from to pay MBO (and when, or if)

An up to 12 month extension being sought on 06/13/23? Maybe someone else can check this.

MBO will be publishing YE results by June 30. If that comes prior to the merger confirmation, we will be in the 3-4p region as the results are expected to be dire - they were forecasting problems back in October.

You do not understand the nature of the fraud; selling worthless shares in P&D by directors off-book without informing the market is a scam.

If the shares are worth zero, selling from 40p to sub 10p was lucrative.

The other aspects of the fraud, claiming it's been growing for the last ten years, and while making such fraudulent claims, the directors are getting paid, that's fraud.

Ten years of salaries for these Asian scammers, they made more than they would make in their entire lifetime. Scams come in all sorts; these directors' scammers mostly pump shares with hyped rns, then correction rns that the rns are immaterial after dumping in the spike.

Do you realise they offloaded in all the spikes without informing the market? Others have pointed out that the sells amount to possibly 20% of share capital.

You have not provided any info; how did the director know shares were being dumped off the book at a discount?

Forget about the hardcore experts; they deal with FCA; SWIFT they can't be scammers; these diehards are losing and do not want to accept they are about to lose all their money; none of us wants to be victims of scammers.

and that makes me calm regarding fraud... MC is just too small to make it worth....
few shares there and here sold ... what would be the profit on the margin ... peanuts.

and if one thinks - it is more than a decade long operation ... fraud does not pay enough over such a long time ... and they are still going on... strange all of this

The price has only corrected itself from yesterday's closing auction trade. No real change, but I agree with you, that with no TETE deal and FCA acceptance things are looking a little bleak. Let's see what the results will bring, maybe just 750k profit on 225m GBP revenue and net cash down to 1.5m GBP and all for a market capitalisation of around £5m.

although scams take a while to unfold, the companies normally have cash, profits, low PE and yet the share price keeps dropping, bit like our friend MBO

normally listed on AIM too!

Who has been right here? After the rampers piled in, we exited.

We piled at 6p we exited at 14.5p. Where's that champ JBE? Could he give us some sells quotes? I believe MMS now wants a discount even for 100K shs; they are offering 4,26p. This will go sub-4 soon.

If it is not a scam, why is the big holder selling off the books at a 20% discount? Why are no holdings released?

I would like to know how come the director knew there were selling off-market. Only way for him to know that his associate and CEO are the ones who have been dumping

16-18 months.

Apparently, the scumbag ramper created a thread with Malaysian fintech, but FCA wants to know about that "fintech" part. Someone got insider trading news, as they were selling before TePe delay

Explain why they did not provide evidence of their "fintech" to FCA; they have rather withdrawn the application.

Surely a £250m revenue will be a hot potato that grew from 70m to 250m in less than five years.

FCA have a higher level of investigation when it involves Fintech, specifically multi-jurisdiction money transfer, aka money laundering, potential losses of customer money, etc.

They must be on the FCA radar now because of their withdrawal.

Careful, they have been dumping in the background; I suspect it's the CEO.

I believe he's saying there are companies in Asia that are paid to download apps for other companies, starting with 1000 downloads, 10,000, 50,000, ...................... 500,000.

You sure know how views go up in the billions on youtube, bots too. Koreans have been doing this for years, and that's a big problem for Youtube as monetisation per views.

They will have hundreds of thousands of cheap phones. It's the same as reviews; other companies get paid to read reviews.

Troll farms for anything, downloading apps, writing reviews about apps, for anything.

It's very good money. The poor guy in Nigeria and Bangladesh is getting paid $1 to download app reviews etc.

It is 500.000 plus downloads. Are you suggesting ... there were three guys downloading the software for the scam purpose...

Certainly had it here.

They had a persistent seller for over a year yet never once issued a holding RNS when clearly it added up to well over 3% and more like 10-20%
