The recent EGM wasnt MBO, it was for TETE. Good to see progress made, FCA authorisation will be a game changer.

Yeah. Surely this should have been added to the EGM. I suspect that they just weren’t ready.

I get the sense that They’ve struggled from a lack of experience in filings etc. The recent non Exec appointment should hopefully help them get into shape.

Pleasure Wan. Buyer looking for stock in the auction. No seller. Not much of a sell on news , would expect a bit of buying and share price to rise over the next few sessions as clearly undervalued.

My view re the FCA application is that it will be another attempt, hopefully with much greater chance to be approved.I think any verdict from the FCA will be at least 6 months maybe a year after the submission. Good for news flow but far away from any additional revenue.Nevertheless, good news today.

Gotta remember that the voters for the extension are the same voters who will approve the merger. They could have pulled the plug now - that they didn't means it is going through. Which will give MBO £15m! Current Mcap is just £11m
