yet the "very thin " spread at that time was allegedly sell 78.00 (for 20,000 minimum ) and 78.25 to buy

So how the hell did the seller get such a big price ??? somebody "seems" to want the stock ????

Exactly really poor management imo.
CEO been in post since 2020 and look at the share price under his tenure.
CFO in post since Oct 22 and again what a disaster. 2 sets of results either needing to be downgraded soon after ie profit warning in October, or just unprepared, latest delay.
Zero updates since profit warning.
Total clowns running this company now.

From yesterday's RNS:

"Whilst the audit of the Group's FY 2023 results is well progressed, the Group has recently identified that accounting judgements made relating to the German Rail business2, including in relation to the financial year ended 31 December 2022, should be subject to further review. The delay in publication of financial results will allow management to conclude its review and allow the Group's auditor, Deloitte, the requisite amount of time to complete its audit."

Doesn't bode well.
