27/4/2024 06:41 | It's strange then how the Cosmen family keep pumping money down the drain as you see it, as does the Company secretary buying yesterday.Good point from LSE that demotion from 250 could mean funds dropping out of their trackers. Good play for shorts perhaps.Appalling 30m contract loss, unaffordable 41m dividend. They understand their mistakes at last, with that kitchen sink was throw into last results. No Cosmens then less confidence perhaps but they know their onions. | chester9
26/4/2024 22:06 | Chester Not really because he probably isn't told necessarily when Cosmens are going to add further. Obviously no ongoing discussions but at this valuation and the plan to sell NA schools, an approach could be made at anytime. | jsg123
26/4/2024 21:13 | Bit worrying that nothing is happening though. Given state of whole thing I would hope they were exploring options for everything | watfordhornet
26/4/2024 20:53 | Pretend he didn't know?... | diku
26/4/2024 16:49 | Go Simon Callender 93k shares acquired at 53p. Simon is Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. .He now holds 246k unrestricted and awards 505k. This puts any takeover back as he would absolutely be in the know..Nice to see | chester9
25/4/2024 19:53 | Hope so...sooner the better... | diku
25/4/2024 15:06 | The slow pace of the yellow bus sale taking to end of 2024 when announced October 23 smacks of getting the company ready to be split up under guidance of Cosmens.I think it gives us the signal that takeover comes in next 8 months. Tick tock | chester9
25/4/2024 12:27 | News just out - Cosmens increased further 1% | magnum opus
24/4/2024 12:11 | No Marshall Wallace increased short by 0.09% on 22nd. Daily small movements will take place but it's now about time. | chester9
24/4/2024 08:50 | @Zam1 I have been following this share now for several months and been looking for an entry. Where do you see the share price before you look to buy back in? Currently looking to join sub 50p. | miena
24/4/2024 07:48 | NASB needs to be sold. | orchestralis
24/4/2024 07:44 | Chester The short increasing was prior to results though (16Apr) so why the drop today on no news? | jo2362
24/4/2024 07:25 | Shorts increased. The share price reflects the current. The Cosmens look long. Short term hard to predict but sell yellow bus business and deliver 3 year plan and share price will be multiples of 54p. If company gets that far without takeover. Just hold and watch. | chester9
22/4/2024 16:00 | I am not invested sold long time back Just watching see how low it gets if worth buy then | zam1
22/4/2024 10:24 | Falling knife | orchestralis

22/4/2024 09:51 | Looking for an entry... Is this as good as I'm going to get or worth hanging on for sub 50p? | miena
22/4/2024 09:27 | So many mistakes on historic contracts that are having to be paid for. 30m on one contract. How did inflation get overlooked as a factor in those calculations. Very poor | chester9
22/4/2024 07:03 | Yes but message is only for right price. Probably had a low offer. | chester9 |
