15/4/2024 11:58 | Wonder if they delay the results again. No date so far Seems to be the only thing the board are good at🤔 | poolies3
15/4/2024 11:44 | Pile of pish, be lucky to survive this death spiral dyor | ny boy
10/4/2024 18:34 | I got a notification today about "Evolyn Mobility Limited's Credit Score" presumably on the "up" ? hxxps://s3.eu-west-2 so let's remind everybody of the Cosmen way forward for 2025 this article is from October 2023 hxxps://www.railwayg but they said AT THAT TIME The Cosmen family has a stake in coach, bus and train operator Mobico (previously National Express Group) although Mobico told Railway Gazette International it is not involved in the Evolyn project. | navigo
09/4/2024 16:17 | Norfolk in Chance my friend, the Rabbit can go back into his "warren" that's a big hole you dug. this link is worth a read (any talk about electric buses and coaches is good) - from it you can clink on other stories to do your own research on anything that could affect us indirectly. there is an article on trialing long distance coaches in there hxxps://eandt.theiet | navigo
09/4/2024 08:21 | Takeover incoming or news leak. Spiked 6% briefly | warrenbuffet73
05/4/2024 11:36 | Navigo, NX selected these Van Hool Altano's due to operating experience at their other coach subsidiaries / they have been looking for higher capacity coaches to replace the 10 x double decker Caetano Boa Vista's for sometime. These provide sufficient luggage & increased passenger capacity, the double deckers don't have the luggage space. As for the 300 electric double deckers, NX are not investing the £150 million quoted, they're leased & will be owned by Zenobe. To date only 170 of that amount have actually been ordered & the final 30+ of the initial batch of 80 are still being delivered, however, they've all being sat in storage months due to waiting for charging infrastructure to be installed at the depots. I understand the latest date for them to start entering service is May. | winston270
05/4/2024 06:51 | Really interested to get everyone’s views on here too | warrenbuffet73
05/4/2024 06:40 | I’ve been researching a bit on our buyers. European Express Enterprises Limited owns 19.106221% NORTHERN EXPRESS ENTERPRISES LIMITED 3.001336 Azvalor Asset Management SGIIC SA 3.007000 All bought around the same time, Azvalor Spanish Equity and has cash. The other two private owned investment funds of the Cosmen family. Equals 25% ownership. Cosmens failed to block a rights issue in 2009 after a failed takeover (see below press articles), because they only owned 18.75%. At 25% they CAN block any special articles such as rights issue. They can also propose removing/changing board members. I think the latter is more likely. Is their Northern Express, (Northern Europe ie UK and Northern America, Express meaning National Express). And European Enterprises = ALSA.) Will they buy us, decant and sell off Northern to First Group or Stagecoach and then keep Europe ie ALSA for themselves, a bigger more profitable company than they sold with ambitions to connect to the channel tunnel? | warrenbuffet73
05/4/2024 00:04 | Yes Winston you are right thanks for correcting me - I thought about the Van Hool troubles and I assume National Express got a "good deal" with the so called uncertain future of the Belgian company hxxps://www.national but here come the electric buses this is a Jan 2023 post and it shows where a cool 250 million is going - these elec buses "were" due for delivery in December 2024 National Express invests £150 million in 300 electric zero emission buses by Nicole Lumley | Jan 31, 2023 | Energy, EVs, Popular, Press Releases hxxps://movemnt.net/ After today's continual share price increase can we see the price starting with a 7 ? Fingers crossed | navigo
04/4/2024 13:59 | Anybody know what are those single digit shares...ISA buyers?... | diku
04/4/2024 13:35 | Navigo, The Van Hool coaches you refer to are diesel, not electric: hxxps://www.route-on NX have one Yutong electric coach which is on 4 weeks trial on the London - Stansted Airport corridor from Pelican Bus & Coach: hxxps://www.route-on Electric Coaches cannot currently work long distance routes for NX due to their limited range. | winston270
04/4/2024 11:31 | Indeed .... for tomorrow when CrossCountry drivers are on strike then Birmingham to Leeds NX coach tickets are going for about triple 'normal' price. So even with increased costs for hiring third party vehicles /drivers then profit margins should be ''interesting' | livewireplus
04/4/2024 09:48 | Totally by chance the strike co-incides with the Grand National - By the way National Express recently took delivery of some electric long distance buses made in Belgium . The makers of them are in financial trouble and possible "closure" - due to disagreement between the "owning" family members !!! They obviously need to get as many (leased? & repaired by owner ) electric coaches asap in service for obvious reasons | navigo
04/4/2024 08:33 | Indeed .... for some services from Yorkshire to Birmingham they are hiring coaches from J&B Travel of Leeds ... | livewireplus
04/4/2024 06:48 | More like a dead duck, what is happening with the US school bus business, should be receiving offers by now, that is if still planning to dispose of it. | bookbroker
04/4/2024 04:38 | Has been a pile of pish for a long time just trapping mug punters at higher levels. | ny boy
03/4/2024 20:32 | More upside potentialToday 20:31 These strikes could go on for another year or two. Just the 1970s all over again Nice bit of extra cash to help pay down the debt hxxps://www.cityam.c | warrenbuffet73
03/4/2024 18:03 | Indeed Were a sitting duck the results should give some clarity on the shenanigans I wouldn’t be surprised to see a positive £200m+ outlook after all the price increases feed through | warrenbuffet73
03/4/2024 17:54 | So pre Covid EPS here was c. 25p. 20% dilution with rights issue. It's a big if but if EPS got back to anywhere near 20p the forward P/E here is a ludicrous 3. | justiceforthemany
03/4/2024 17:42 | Hmm Can’t work this one out 10 Yr US rates falling again later today so hopefully will bode well for share price tomorrow with a relief rally | warrenbuffet73
03/4/2024 15:03 | Unusually tight range today. | justiceforthemany
03/4/2024 09:19 | Ripe for takeover at these levels. £390m market cap, crazy. | warrenbuffet73
02/4/2024 22:28 | Just watching sold end of January 92p | zam1
28/3/2024 17:44 | FWIW price to sales is 0.1x and book price is c. 200p. The share price is extremely low but the board's shenanigans have not helped. 2024 performance hopefully far better than 2023? | justiceforthemany |
